“Lovely villa,island and people. Great holiday” We were a party of middle aged couple with two teenage boys and my elderly parents.The weather was a constant heat with a breeze which was perfect for us all but without the pool would have been a struggle and my parents found the walk to the beach in the heat an effort.The villa was as expected and the owners had thought of everything to make it a comfortable home from home.The management staff were really friendly and helpful and took us to the local supermarket by car the morning after we arrived which was ideal as the local corner shops are really expensive. We did not hire a car and were happy spending time in the local area,around the pool or going on the boat trips or using the local bus service.If we had stayed for longer than a week or when it was cooler a car would have been handy to see more of the island. A good feature was the water dispenser which was easily filled for a euro from a dispenser approx half a mile away.Carrying it back without a car, a trolley or a pushchair in the 40 degree heat was virtually impossible and with six drinking the water it quickly emptied. Luckily my son had taken his skateboard which came in handy.Something such as sack barrow could be available to make this easier. The only other suggestion we could add to improve the villa would be blackout blinds in the bedrooms.Overall it was a lovely holiday in a comfortable and relaxing villa and we would all be willing to go back again

“Excellent accommodation with beach, etc all close by” Just returned from a two week stay. 2 families with 3 teenage children between us. The Villa is superb with all facilities you could need, including air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher, etc - a real home from home. Pool was excellent and much needed given the high temperatures. The villa is located within walking distance (5 mins) of lovely beach with watersports for the kids and several restaurants/bars/shops (2 mins) - there is loads of choice for where to eat with every budget catered for. We walked along the new seafront boardwalk to Protaras (approx 30 mins) which is beautiful on an evening with several tavernas/restaurants located on the way. Alternatively, the bus service to Protaras/Aya Napa is excellent value at only 1 Euro each and the service runs until approx 3.00 am. All in all, an excellent holiday and the owner could not have been more helpful.

“A lovely apartment in a great location” We received excellent service from the owners. The holiday was a late booking so we could attend a family wedding which was arranged at short notice. The owners replied promptly to our emails and gave us information about the local area, restaurants, directions from the airport etc. We hired a car at the airport, it is approximately a 45 minute drive & there is a parking spot behind the apartment. The apartment was excellent. It is in a great location within walking distance to local restaurants and bars. We only had 3 nights there, our best meal was at Blue Spice, which is a short walk along the front from the apartment. The apartment is within walking distance (without young children!) of the strip in Protaras we took a taxi which cost 8euros. The apartment is exactly as described; it is very clean, modern and well equipped. It is very spacious we travelled as a family of four with a 5 & 3 year old. The complex it is on has a pool, bar and restaurant which are a couple of minutes walk. There are free loungers at the pool and on the beach in front of the pool bar. We would definitely book again 3 nights were not enough!!

“Lovely villa in nice part of Protaras” We have been to Amani Villa on three consecutive years running and we are looking forwards to going back again. The Villa is very , very well appointed and luxurious. The beds are huge and comfortable and the owner has an English lady and husband who look after the Villa very well and our needs. It is spotless and very well equipped. The pool is stunning and it is very private which we like. The kids run around very happily and love the large pool. It has good sea views and is only a short drive to many really nice beaches, such as Pernera, the lovely Protaras beach and Fig tree bay. The large supermarkets such as Carrfour are also only a short drive away. A car is needed but we like it as it is quiet and private yet not far away from everything we need.
