This accommodation has been designed to provide you with a period in housing that meets your expectations, both in the location of premises of apartment, is equipped with what we think necessary to guarantee the comfort and utility that an apartment must have.

For the exclusive use of 1 comfortable room with double bed and with cot, and the other with 2 single beds. Both with plenty of good storage space and heater system.

In the living room, an American style open room with a sofa bed, Television with more than one hundred channels that do not forget the little ones, Wifi and lots of light. This area confront with the kitchen. Floor in typical Portuguese stone marble (Lioz Pero Pinheiro) and a bright white color cabinets in the kitchen.

Cabinets containing oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and dryer, as well as small appliances in common use, including espresso machine.

Air conditioning in living room area and kitchen.

Alex Home is localize on a central axis of the city life and have all the things we generally need for a few days rest or travelling.

Alex Home is a family project, designed for families and couples, where our involvement with our guests begins at the confirmation of the reservation, until the opening of the door, which can be expected to be a welcome home. The check in is done by the owner, the keys and all the particulars about the house will be transmitted in person. For those who are less knowledgeable about Lisbon or even Portugal, do not worry, after check in you will be able to discover the city with less embarrassment about places to visit or Portuguese culture and habits.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Pedro (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
