Amplio, luminoso y moderno apartamento en la entrada de Tarifa, en la prestigiosa urbanización 'La Reserva de los Lances', considerada la mejor del pueblo. En primera línea de playa, con piscina y jardines protegidos del levante. La vivienda cuenta con 1 dormitorio, 2 camas, 1 baño y aseo en suite, cocina y una amplia terraza. El salón ofrece espacio adicional para dormir con un sofá cama y diván. El alquiler incluye garaje, trastero, electricidad, agua, WIFI, caja fuerte, Smart TV LCD HD 48’’, equipo de música y toallas de baño/playa y ropa de cama.

Ubicado en la mejor urbanización de Tarifa, con vistas al este desde la terraza. Evita el calor en verano sin necesidad de aire acondicionado. Jardín, piscina y jacuzzis (abiertas del 1 junio al 15 sept), resguardados del levante. Amplio parking subterráneo incluido. Cerca de tiendas, supermercado Mercadona, gimnasio y Café del Mar. Playa de Los Lances a 150 metros, casco antiguo a 1,500 metros.

Vivo en Madrid, pero una agencia de confianza en Tarifa se encarga de la limpieza, recepción, entrega de llaves y cualquier consulta. Estoy disponible por correo y móvil.

How do damage deposits work?
