Casa frente al mar a 60 m de la playa.

El apartamento tiene 117 m2 útiles y 139 m2 construidos, además de 2 terrazas con vistas privilegiadas. Un gran salón con cocina americana equipada con lavadora, frigorífico, lavavajillas, microondas, etc.

3 habitaciones dobles: una de ellas tipo suite y 2 cuartos de baño.

Ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones y en el cuarto de estar.

Reproductor de DVD y videoteca.

Biblioteca selecta.

Acceso a Internet y WiFi

La decoración, fresca y playera, se aleja del típico apartamento de alquiler.

Sin embargo, lo más recomendable de la casa es la amplia terraza, con amaneceres espectaculares y noches de luna llena.

Hay plaza de garaje.

Nosotros también tenemos perro.

Se trata de una urbanización de lujo, familiar y tranquila de únicamente 24 apartamentos con la piscina en un lugar privilegiado y con muy cuidados jardines.

Situado frente a la Playa de las Ventanicas en pleno paseo marítimo, en una zona tranquila -junto al Hotel Indalo- y muy cuidada en lo que respecta a la arena y limpieza del entorno.

En las cercanías se encuentran, sin embargo, locales playeros, chiringuitos y restaurantes, así como supermercados y tiendas.

Funcionamiento de la casa La temperatura, a pesar de lo que puede parecer, no suele subir demasiado y la casa tiene una buena ventilación cruzada. Es recomendable dejar abiertas las ventanas y cerrar los fraileros. No es frecuente, pero en ocasiones viene el viento sur (caluroso) en ese caso lo mejor es cerrar todo y poner la ventilación. A mayor abundamiento, hemos instalado ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones para mayor confort en los días de mucho calor. También tenemos radiadores eléctricos para el invierno. Tenemos reproductor de DVD debajo de la TV y una videoteca en la estantería de detrás. Acceso a Internet y WiFi Hay una biblioteca selecta en la habitación del fondo.

    How do damage deposits work?
