Villa San Gimignano is a six bedroom, six bathroom San Gimignano villa rental. It boasts a private swimming pool and views over the rising towers of San Gimignano in the distance. The property is situated in a beautiful part of Tuscany, reached by driving through olive groves and vineyards. San Gimignano is only 6 kms away whilst Siena is 35 km away.

Inside, this San Gimignano villa rental is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor there are two spacious living areas. Both have comfortable seating. One also has a piano and central fireplace whilst the other is equipped with satellite TV. Also on this floor is a dining room, again with focal fireplace and doors leading to the garden. A well equipped kitchen is the perfect place for preparing meals, whilst a separate utility room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, ensuring your stay is practical as well as comfortable. Finally, there is a double bedroom on the ground floor, with double bed, walk in closet and en suite bathroom with shower.

Upstairs, there are five further bedrooms at this San Gimignano villa rental. Three of these bedrooms can be arranged as either twin bedrooms or double bedrooms whilst the remaining two have double beds. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Four of the bathrooms have showers whilst the fifth bedroom has a bathroom with bath tub and shower. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. All the bedrooms have table fans and have screens at each of the windows.

Outside, there is a private swimming pool, open from the beginning of May to the end of September each year. There are several outside seating areas at this San Gimignano villa rental, including a terrace equipped with table and chairs and with views of San Gimignano. There is also a covered terrace with comfortable seating. Additional seating is laid out within the gardens where there is also a BBQ for al fresco dining.

Please note that prices at this San Gimignano villa rental exclude electricity, charged according to usage on departure at a rate of 0.35 euros per KW. If used sensibly, we estimate weekly costs for electricity to be between 150 and 250 euros (excluding air conditioning costs). Prices also exclude a local tourist tax of 7.5 euros per person per stay (excluding children under 12).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
