Villa Eva newly renovated August 2019, is located in the east of Mauritius on a quiet and almost private beach, ideal for long walks, one of the most beautiful beaches followed by other creeks and luxury villas.
The hotels, the One and Only Saint Geran and Belle Mare Plage are within walking distance; Their golf courses are world renowned, 2 km from the villa. The Golf courses of The Legends, Anahita and Ile aux Cerfs are a 15 minutes drive away.
Sport centers, scuba diving or kite schools are available on the white sandy beaches of Belle Mare at 10 minutes drive.

The villa and bungalow annex can be rented together for 8 people (if you’re a group of 2 to 6 people, the bungalow annex shall not be rented separately)

The “Plus” of this wonderful villa: the private beach and the sea to your feet, palm trees and fruit trees, many birds, quietness, large garden with swings for children, space for volleyball and football, terrace overlooking the ocean, internet / wifi in entire house and terrace, kayaking, .... Cooking of lunch included (food and beverage not included)

Cooking of diner with full service possible with extra fee; Private Boat pickup in front of villa to go to Ile aux Cerfs and other Tours;

Villa Eva lays in a Bay which looks north and is therefore secluded from the winds in winter, so that you can enjoy the terrace and beach as in summer!



A fisherman delivers lobsters, fish, shrimp and crabs depending on season and weather.

A housekeeper works Monday to Saturday from 9 : 30 to 13: 00. She takes care of the laundry and cleaning; she makes ​​the beds and does the washing up. Another housemaid cooks Mauritian specialties for lunch if you do the shopping; she can accompany you the first time. The maid’s services are included in the price. Food and Beverage are not included.
However, if

there is too much household, and the maid must work overtime for cooking, it will not be included in the rental cost. She can also cook dinner and serve; The price is about 200 Roupies /hour (5 euros).

There is internet ADSL and wifi in the entire Villa and outside, Large Smart TV, satellite channels with Netflix, New and fully equipped kitchen with large Fridge and spacious freezer, three kayaks;
The garden has an infinite green lawn to the delight of children, a volleyball space, there is also a swing. The thatched roof gazebo overlooking the beach is wonderful for lunch, barbecues or cozy evenings enjoying a cocktail.

Bon, pour tout dire: vous avez laissé votre bébé sans couches pendant tous le séjour, il a fait pipi PARTOUT! Vous avez oublié de commander votre transfert, malgres que nous vous l'avions proposé, vous l'avez avoué vous-meme, et malgres cela nous vous avons offert le transfert retour... La machine a café de la villa a toujours marché. La propriétaire a été gentille de vous laisser sa machine Nespresso personelle en plus (qui n'est pas dans l'inventaire d'habitude)que vous avez cassé .. ou pas..La caution vous a été remboursé au total. Votre colere se porte sur une derniere nuit que vous avez annulé et que nous avons proposé de rembourser qu'a moitié...comme vous le dites dans votre mail, suite a cela vous laisserez un mauvais commentaire...

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
