A beautiful 4 bedroom villa located in the peaceful resort of Caniço de Baixo with a private heated swimming pool.

Perched on a sea cliff with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and only a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Complimentary transfers from and to the airport included.

Access to complementary use of all facilities at the Albatroz Beach & Yacht Club, seven minutes drive away, including access to the sea, sea water pools, fresh water pool and tennis court

It is hard to find a villa that offers you everything – style, space, location. Villa Albatroz has all of this and more. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac assures you of peace and quiet and yet within walking distance of all the restaurants and bars in Caniço de Baixo.

The heating should be requested at least one week in advance, should it be requested after arrival at the Villa the minimum charge applicable is one week which is payable from the time the heating is turned on.

The weekly supplement is € 150 to heat it to 25º. For an additional degree the charge is € 30 per week.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Albatroz (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
