You can rent the whole molino, or for a more economical rate you can rent just the upper portico level alone (3 bedrooms) which is ideal for couples and has beds for up to 7 people.

Stream runs alongside, having rockpools suitable for bathing, and waterfall.
Lower (pergola) level has paved pergola with table and chairs outside kitchen.
An adventurous and absorbing location for children, with stream, rockpools, hilly terrain, and abundant fauna and flora. However, please note that younger children will need supervision due to steep drops.
A friendly, tranquil rural location - cypresses and sunflowers, vineyards and olive groves. Beautiful walks, great views - just by walking up the hill from the house.
The mill is located on a quiet access road which leads up the hill to a handful of farm properties.
Located where the foothills of Alpe de la Luna meet the Upper Tiber Valley, it's a perfect base for walking, painting or cycling, and for enjoying the traditional life and cuisine of historic cities and hill towns. Local farm produce is abundant, and you can walk from molino to shops and bars in San Giustino, and to restaurants there or in the next valley or hill. The walled medieval town of Sansepolcro is 5km by road.

The upper Portico unit can be rented alone, or simultaneously with lower Pergola floor: they can be connected by the internal stair.

Both floors have original small level changes of 3 steps each between kitchen and living areas. The molino is set into a hillside. We have stayed with very small children and elderly grandparents, but small children will require supervision, and assistance may be required for those with mobility problems.

Upper (portico) level: portico with original bread oven, table and chairs, just outside the kitchen. Pizza-making tools provided, and a supply of firewood. Three steps lead down from the portico to a wooden sundeck, partially shaded by trees, overlooking a woodland trail, with paths to rockpools. The stream runs alongside, and in 1 minute you can walk down to rockpools suitable for bathing. You can also walk up the stream to further secluded rock plunge pool.
Both portico and deck can be used for dining: outdoor tables and chairs provided, and folding sun loungers.
Lower level: Outside the kitchen there is a shaded lower pergola with a table and 2 chairs.
