Villa Athermigo, whose name derives from the unique olive oil, used to be a traditional olive oil press, bursting with the gifts of this sacred, eternal tree.

Rustic on the outside, rural-chic on the inside, this characteful estate has recently been given a new lease of life as a deluxe private retreat for a group of friends, family or couples. Immense love and care has been lavished on this ancient house and the careful restoration was carried out with full respect to the place's original architecture and spirit.

The property can be rented either in its entirety and comprises of three autonomus cottage houses or as individual self-contained cottage houses.

Elia, a two-storey Cottage House of 50 m2, may accommodate up to four people. It has a double built-in bed, a writing desk with fireplace as well as a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. An internal staircase leads to the upper loft-style floor, which offers a second bedroom with two single beds.

Karydia Cottage House, a ground level cottage house of 40 m2, may accommodate up to two people. It has a king size bed, that may be dressed with separate linen, a writing desk and fireplace and a bathroom with shower. Its terrace, located at the exterior area of the cottage house, offers great views to the garden and the pool of the complex.

Rodia, a two-storey Cottage House of 80 m2, is the most spacious and may accommodate up to four people. It has a king size bed and a bathroom, with both a tub and a shower on the ground floor.

An internal staircase leads to the upper loft style floor, which offers a second bedroom with a king size bed, that may be dressed with separate linen and a bathroom with shower.

If Villa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
