Late 70 's Villa of 250 m2, in the hills of the Valdarno, surrounded by the hills of Valdarno Superiore in the triangle between the art cities of Florence, Arezzo and Siena.

10 beds, divided into two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, a double, and a mansard of about 40 m2 finely furnished with private bathroom and a balcony overlooking the magnificent valleys surrounding the entire House the night area is elegantly separated from the living area consists of a spacious living room with Tv Sat and DVD studio, dining room, kitchen with appliances and utensils, placed at the disposal of our guests.

Outside 6000 square metres of gardens, and local swimming pool divided between olive groves and fruit trees where you can relax and enjoy the beauties of the Tuscan countryside and utter privacy and tranquility.

The garden that surrounds the whole Chalet offers peace and tranquility, equipped with a barbeque area and a wood-burning oven that can be used by anyone who wants to organize lunches or dinners in the garden or under the porch, enjoying our typical and famous horns of the place with tasting of fine wines.

Our position, which we call strategic, places us in an ideal triangle, which allows you to reach the main art cities like Florence, Pearl of Renaissance architecture and folk events worldwide. The museo degli Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, Giotto's Bell Tower, the Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, Piazzale Michelangelo where you can enjoy the city in all its glory are among the most interesting places to visit, but also meetings with the story, as the unique historical football reenactment and definitely worth seeing. Siena is also rich in medieval history where you can admire the famous Piazza del Campo also seat of the historical course of the palio contrade of the town, where each is represented by a Jockey and a horse. The still medieval rites that anticipate the race as the blessing in the Cathedral of horse and jockey.
