These luxurious homes are 3min. ride away from Almyrida's wihte sand beaches.The villa has been built on a small hill that offers you an amazing view of the Souda Bay just close to the facilities and taverns away from the usual day- and nighttime commotion and noises caused by the mass tourism activities that ensure you a complete peace of mind and rest you need.These luxurious suites have been created with the greatest care in order to make your stay the most comfortable, thanks to its amenities, the big overflow pool and the proposed activities you can enjoy it optimally. A peaceful and friendly atmoshpere will allow you in total independence to spend your dream holidays in one of the most beautiful areas in Crete.

The KIND OF CUSTOMERS YOU NEVER THINK TO MEET......! The day of the arrival these poeple informed us by email that they will arrive with 1 hour late so about 21,30h. In fact without a call or a message they arrived at 1,am with a strange alcohol smell.We might to be awake till they arrived...! Few hours later they used the pool without to take a shower despite the two written memories (a big one at the pool entrance) that the shower is needed before each bath .In 48hours the completly new provided suite is transformed in a filth!! Daily.the lights of the suite were on day and night ,however I asked to pay the attention to it.The porcelaine cokkery plates were broken and put in the cupboard to their places by the way we couldn`t see it at one glance!!!.Mr Hutchison also broke one of the decoration stones at the main entry gate.It seems to him very hard to open the both parts of the iron gate.I didn`t ask any indemnification for the damages caused by this family what is contrary to the rules while using the suite.We had also complains from other guests about noises they made each night coming back around 2 am and about the pool sharing .We could personally observe that every time a family of guests came to the pool mr and mrs H joined them immediately without caring about the family intimity or enjoyment..???.I tryed to speak with Mr H who became immediately very agressive.We received these people with a great patience till the day I prefered to give them back their money and to find another place where they could share this kind of behaviour in case the owners will not take the same decision like mine. During 6 years we worked in Crete we got no complains or unpleasent remarks specially concerning the cleanliness of our suites.About 50 reviews left by our guests from all over the world prove the exceptional character of our services and prestations. It`s unbelievable that some so messy people who respects nobody like nothing, can try to create the doubt about our reputation.In fact we lived the presence of these people like a nightmare.....

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sophia (the owner) a message.

If Sophia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
