From the owner

Romignano is located in the middle of tuscany hill. We are between Florence, Arezzo and Siena in Chianti Area.

All around you will see vine, trees and grass. You will hear only the sound of nature. It is very easy to arrive in Romignano. You will need only 15 minutes from the exit Valdarno of the highway but at the some time you will be in a hidden paradise. We are on a top of a small hill with a fantastic view all around. Our property is closed with a gate and you will perfect safe during your holidays. Beside that you have to know that Romignano is a wine farm and our guests, if they like, have the possibility to have a look at wine production in all the process from the vineyard to the bottle.

Romignano villa is 600 m2 divided in two different building. In the main house 16 people will find all they need. Outside you have a big garden looking a fantastic landscape with the pool on the left. In the garden there chairs and table for the guests. Inside the villa is divided in three floor: The ground floor has a very big salon with two sofa and a big table where our guests can have their meal in case of rain. At the ground floor there is also the kitchen and a double room with two single beds and a bathroom. With a very old and fashion stone ladder you will arrive at the first floor where you will have in the middle a big salon and all around 4 bedrooms. Two are double bedroom and two are suite for 4 people. With a wood ladder you will arrive at the second floor where there is another double bedroom and a big salon.

The cottage is 10 mt away from the villa and it is suitable for 6 people.

You will enter in the cottage from a very beautiful patio. Inside you will find a salon with the kitchen and three double room with two bathroom.

With a ladder you will arrive on the first floor where there is a salon.

You will have your own pool a volley field and a soccer field and a very big private area.

We organize some activities: In our little restaurant you can have a wine tasting with Riccardo that is the owner and the Oenologist of the farm. It is an interesting experience for everybody who loves wines. It is a great chance to speck with a person who will introduce you in the world of the tuscany wine.

We also organize our welcome dinner. It is a special dinner the night of your arrival. We think that you will be tired from the journey and we offer you a light meal with a good price.

During your stay if you like you can book a dinner in our restaurant that is working only for you.

For people who loves horses we will bring you in an unforgettable experience.

We think it is a perfect location for families and group of friend that like to stay in a quite place and to live the nature and are interested in the beautiful of tuscany landscape.

    Thank you for your note. I will really take there of them in order to improve the quality of service. You had a terrible hot unusual week. We had 38 °C when normally we have 28-30 °C with very fresh night. About the price I do not know where you spent your week in Cortona but here the price you paid is 32 euro per person/night. Considering the capability of 22 people. Is it too much? I offered you the dinner for 13 people and you claimed because you did not have condiments in the house. The frigo was in order and working but you filled it with a lot of food and beverages and rise the at maximum the power. Any refrigerator in this case make ice but not cold. The assistance came and they found every things working well. I suppose we had a lot of misunderstanding and not all because of me. I am really disappointed that you did not enjoyed my house because I tried to do my best. Riccardo
