The traditional, picturesque village of Akrotiri is superbly situated on a hillside, enjoying amazing panoramic views over the Ionian Sea.
The accommodation consists of a fully air-conditioned large luxury villa, with its own private swimming pool, BBQ and sunloungers suitable for 10-12 persons. The villa have furnished balconies on all floors which overlook the swimming pool and also offer magnificent sea views. There is another villa available on the same site, please enquire for details.

Zakynthos / Akrotiri area

Just one mile from Zakynthos town and a mile from Tsilivi beach resort. Considered to be one of the most beautiful and convenient parts of the island for many locals and travelers alike. Bohali hill This is the main and most populated hill (and village) Bohali, it is a piece of local history and beauty. With the walls of its Venetian castle overlooking Zakynthos town and harbor from the east and the valley from the north. Strani hill. The smallest but arguably the richest in history hill on the island. Birthplace and place of inspiration for the Greek national poet Dionisios Solomos. The old family mansion is still there alongside cannons and statues dating as far back as Venetian times,all among beautiful gardens and northeast facing views of the Zakynthian valley. Zakynthos ( Zante) is the third largest of the Ionian Islands.It has an airport and it connects to the mainland via frequent ferry-boat lines. The island is world-wide known from its (protected species) caretta-caretta sea turtle. The island offers a wide range of attractions and various activities. It is well organized and tourism oriented. Museums, sightseeing, water-sports, horse riding, biking, cruises everyday, you name it. Summers are full of festivals, concerts and recitals. Saint Dionysios, the patron of the island, is celebrated on 24 August where a parade is taking place attended by thousands of people.
How to get there
The island is accessible all year round by air or sea.direct Flights from most major european airports and all major uk airports are available to the best of my knowledge from april to october from a selection of airlines.Then from october to april olympic airways has daily domestic flights.Ferries run several times per day all year round.There are plenty of international car hire companies on the island such as Hertz,Avis,Eurocar etc. to name but a few .If you prefer to drive from you location while taking a long vacation i would be happy to provide you with relevant information,as i have done it several times from various european capitals and its actually a quite easy and fun drive. Fly with charter flights to Zakynthos from London & UK regional airports from 1st May to 31st October. Charter Carriers: Avro, Excel, First Choice, Freedom Flights, & Thompson,Thomas Cook,etc Charter flights also available from Germany, France, Holland ,Russia, Rumania ,Switzerland, Austria,Czech Republic. (Please check with your travel agent or airport authorities for availability and accuracy)

Alternatively, (and cheaper than the flight), a regular coach/ferry service runs from Athens Bus Terminal to Zakynthos Town. Local buses run frequently between Athens airport and the Athens Bus Terminal

Further details indoors: The basement of the villa has a triple bedroom with a double and a single bed, storage room, walk in wardrobes, bathroom with shower, wc, hairdryer, shaving sockets and a further spacious room with a single bed and play area with football table and air hockey machine.
The ground floor has a living area with open fireplace, Satellite TV, DVD player,CD player, comfortable sofas and leads to the open plan fully equipped kitchen/dining area. The kitchen has full size oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and all utensils. Also on the ground floor is a wash basin and wc.

The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights

All the prices are for the whole villa 5 bedrooms.
Following a request for a villa we will hold the property for 7 days, allowing time for us to receive a 30% non refundable advance payment.
If confirmation payment is not received during the time, the property will be released for booking.
70% (plus whatever extras i.e. extra guests premium) 4weeks before arrival.
We require an additional 50 Euro per person (refundable) deposit to be paid locally on arrival in case of any damage to the property.
The payments are done via your bank directly to our account or with paypal .
We do not accept personal cheques, traveler cheques.
October to April villas are available for longterm rent.
Bookings are welcomed for holiday periods out of season periods i.e. christmas, easter, carnival time etc. To reserve the villa for holiday periods you will need to pay a 30% non-refundable deposit with the balance (70%) paid 4 weeks before the holiday dates.

Με την αφιξή μας στην βίλα καταλάβαμε όλοι οτι το τριήμερο στην ζάκυνθο θα είναι πολύ καλό και ότι θα μας φανεί μικρό. Η φιλοξενία άψογη και οτι και να πώ για την βίλα πραγματικά θα είναι λίγο. Πέρα απο το πολύ καλό γούστο στην διακόσμηση, η τοποθεσία που ειναι χτισμένες οι βίλες και η θέα απο τις βεράντες και την υπέροχη σοφίτα σε αφήνουν άφωνο. Δεν λείπει τίποτα απο όλο το ''νοικοκυριό'' και ξεκινας για ολιγοήμερες διακοππες και τελικα καταλήγεις φέυγοντας να κανονίζεις πότε θα ξαναέρθεις!
