About the home

Villa is set in a very nice natural environment, just next to the sea. You will be charmed by the unspoiled views of the azzure clear waters, of the clear blue skies and of the neighbouring island of Kefallonia.
Our Villa is located at Psarou beach at the east coast of Zakynthos island, next to the Blue Flag awarded Psarou beach at Meso Gerakari village. The building is overlooking the azure blue waters of Ionian sea. "Kavos Psarou Villa" is located in "Biskinis" estate, which has 25.000m2 of private grounds, offering you the necessary calmness and privacy. Villa is just next to an olive grove.
The owner's cottage is very close to the villa's complex and the owners (Biskinis family) are always willing to help you, to give you information and to offer their hospitality. The surrounding area is scenic, green and lush with olive groves, orchards and typical Mediterranean vegetation, there are nice to trails to walk with hills towards the inland and plenty of beautiful mostly sandy beaches with the crystal clear water of the Ionian sea in the nearby area. Just next to the villa there is a nice fishermen's port where you can anchor your boat for a small fee.
Villa has direct sea views not only from the balcony but also from the inside of the Villa. Villa is built in traditional way totally made from local stone and wood.
Is luxurious construction made with care to the details and is suiting very nice with the local natural environment. Villa is spacious (55m2), consists of two rooms: bedroom with double bed, big living room with two sofa beds, fully equipped kitchen and large furnished veranda with excellent sea view. It has large bathroom with bathtub and Hydromassage column.
Villa can accommodate very comfortably 4 persons/adults having also the capacity to add extra bed and baby cot.
Beds are provided with high quality mattresses for nice and good quality of sleep. For families with babies we can provide you also with baby-cots.
Villa is also equipped with superior quality door and window frames, providing special sound and water proof.
Decoration and Furnishings is made with special care focusing on traditional and romantic style.
Villa is fully equipped with Air Condition individual operated units and multi Channel Satellite TV with LCD screen and CD/DVD.
Has fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker with oven, air extractor, microwave, large fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and all the utensils. Villa is surrounded by big garden with grass.
Our accommodation is the perfect place for people that they love nature without compromising their comfort.

In the Ionian islands and especially to Zakynthos Greek and Italian culture are blended together in a fine mix. Old villages, castle of Zakynthos, Bochali hill, Blue Caves, Shipwrek beach, many nice sandy beaches all over the island are some of the sightseeings. At Zakynthos you can do many activities from horse riding to play tennis in nice locations and from snorkelling to go karting. St Dennis festival on the 24th of August and Giostra di Zante during June are interesting festivals, but there are and other minor events all around the year.

Our Villa is 15km away from Zakynthos airport and 12km away from Zakynthos port. Easy Jet has direct flights from London Gatwick to Zakynthos island starting from 25/03. Easy Jet also flies directly to Zakynthos from Milan (Italy) airport further information you can get through the website www.easyjet.com Weekly Charters fly direct from several European cities like London, Manchester, Wien, München, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Warsaw, Prague etc. If you cannot fly directly to Zakynthos you can always fly through Athens with all International Airlines, first to Athens International Airport
( www.aia.gr), and then take a flight to Zakynthos with Olympic Air 1-2 x daily. From Athens International Airport, you can also travel by bus to Zakynthos, first to Bus-station 'Kifissos' (Expressbus - every 30 minutes) and then from Bus-station 'Kifissos' to Zakynthos Island (4-5 connections per day) using the local ferry from Killini to Zakynthos ( www.ionianferries.gr ) If you travel from Central and Western Europe by car, you can reach us from ITALY (Italy-->Patra-->Killini port-->Zakynthos Island). “Familiär und herzlich , individuell , ruhig,kinderfreundlich” Haben bei Fam Biskini eine Woche erholsame Zweisamkeit genossen , Ausflüge ( auch auf Empfehlung der Gastfamilie ) unternommen , Mietauto ist von Vorteil, da etwas "einsame" Lage ,... more Response: this review is very accurate but regards the studio rooms which is the basic accommodation at "Kavos Psarou Villas Apartments and Studios" and not the newly built luxurious Villas!
