About the home

Luxury 3 bed villa (sleeps 6-8) with Private Heated Pool in the heart of Vale do Lobo.
Situated away from the road with views over the tennis club and it's extensive grounds.
Just renovated, the villa is our second home and therefore very well furnished and fully equipped, not like the usual rental villas!
We have completely re-newed everything from the bathrooms and kitchen, to the beds and Sky TV system
The price includes all the items that are usually extras like heating and air-conditioning, Wifi Internet, travel cot and high chair.
Pool heating to 30 degrees C (85f) is £125 if required.

Facilities

Very large sitting room (30 ft x 16 ft) with large sofas.
Sony Bravia 42" Plasma screen and full Sky TV incorporating all major UK TV channels and sports and children's channels. Wifi and Internet.
Dining table which seats eight. New kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, washing machine, dryer, microwave, tall fridge/freezer etc.
Master Bedroom with twin beds.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds (plus 1 pull out single).
Bedroom 3 with twin beds (plus 1 pull out single).
En-suite bathroom to master bedroom with bath, shower cubicle with power shower, double basin, bidet and wc.
Second bathroom with shower cubicle with power shower, double basin, bidet and wc.
Separate wc with basin.
Beach towels not included.

Further details outdoors:
There is a terracotta tiled terrace with a heated pool (approx size of pool 24 ft x 12 ft with a depth from 3ft to about 4ft 6in) and loungers (pool heating £125 per week).
There is a covered dining area with a dining table that seats eight.
There is also a brick built-in barbecue.
The terrace leads onto the large lawned area around the tennis courts which is a great safe play area for children as there is no road within at least 100 metres..
There is a private large roof terrace upstairs outside the master bedroom (our sanctuary!).
The access to the villa is level and there are no different levels in the villa except for the master bedroom and bathroom which are upstairs.

Conditions

A deposit of 25% is required to secure bookings.
Balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A deposit cheque of £200 against damages is also required. (So far, we have never had to use this deposit!).
Pool heating to 30 degrees C (85f) is available at £95 per week.
No charge for a travel cot but the agents do charge £25 to make it up if you do not have your own bedding.
No charge for heating or air con.
No charge for wifi and internet access.
No charge for high chair.
At least one guest must be 30 years +. (I am afraid we do not take student groups)
Arrival day to be agreed when booking but usually Fridays.
Arrival time 4pm, departure 10am.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Vale do Lobo is on the Algarve in South Portugal. The Algarve is famous for being the sunniest spot in Europe and having the most beautiful white sandy beaches.

Vale do Lobo covers a large area and therefore the resort is well spaced out, unlike some other holiday resorts which have been overdeveloped.

The flight from the UK is only 2 1/2 hours which makes it very accessible considering the drive from Faro Airport is less than 30 minutes.

The Vale do Lobo area

Vale do Lobo is a beautiful resort on the coast of the Algarve. It was the first large holiday complex in the Algarve and is therefore very well established.

You can choose to just stay within the boundaries of the resort or you can travel further a field to historic towns or even a day trip to Spain is worthwhile.

Within a mile of the villa you can find tennis, golf, watersports, riding, bike-hire, crazygolf and a multitude of shops, restaurants and bars.

If you choose to rent our villa, we can give you details of our favourite restaurants and various things to do in the area.

“Beautiful, peaceful villa with all mod cons perfect for a relaxing family holiday” Wonderful villa, very easy to find with convenient shopping nearby (if a bit expensive) cheaper shopping half hour away... Traveled with husband, toddler and parents in law. Perfect bedroom arrangement with almost separate 'wings' for extra privacy. Proper cot at little extra cost ensured good sleeping was had all round!! Location near tennis academy was convenient for lunch. Near beech bars and restaurants for evening outs as well as day bathing. Splash pool had my wary toddler begging for more by the end of the week!! We loved this holiday sooo much and would definitely recommend... We might just co e back!

“Beautifully appointed accomodation, extremely well euipped and very comfortable” Lovely villa overlooking tennis courts. All furnishings very comfortable, definitely a home from home with everything there you could possibly need. Would certainly take up recommendation of car hire as while everything is 'walkable' (beach, golf, restaurants etc) it is slightly hilly!! Had a great time just relaxing by pool.
