About the home

This spacious country villa for up to 6 people is in the tranquil country village of Nazaret. Set in the heart of the island, the village is some 2km from the old capital of Teguise and the famous Sunday market..

Complimentary welcome pack on arrival including tea, coffee, beer, champagne, fruit etc. Towels changed twice per week, bed linen once. Satellite tv package on a 37" wide screen tv, including movies and sport, Disney Channels etc. Also available, German and Spanish satellite TV on request. Ipod docking station. WI-FI Internet Connection and leather 3 piece suite.

To save precious space in your suitcase, BEACH TOWELS ARE PROVIDED for use during your stay. Well stocked, newly refurbished, supermarket within walking distance and several bars and restaurants a few minutes drive away.

The outside terrace has dining table and 6 chairs as well as a pool table for your enjoyment. The totally private pool area is accessed by a lockable gate, to prevent children entering unattended, and is furnished with 6 very comfortable sun loungers. The pool depth is 1m - 1.5m.

The Lanzarote region

There are lots of exciting places to visit. Sundays see the large market at Teguise where you can purchase some lovely lace and leather goods as well as take tapas and a cold beer in one of the many bars.

Timanfaya National Park, home of the famous live Volcano, is a must see and a tour on one of the buses around the park gives a great insight into the history of the area, as well as many spectacular sites.

There are some beautiful beaches to visit, including one in the capital of Arrecife, Playa Reducto, where after a mornings shopping you can cool off with a quick dip in the sea and then laze around on the lovely golden sandy beach. The fantastic surfing beach at Famara is a short drive away.

There are lots more places to visit, too numerous to mention here, but please feel free to ask the owner for more information.

The Teguise / Nazaret area

Nazaret is a tranquil country village and is some 2km from the old capital of Teguise where you will find the famous Sunday Market as well as many bars and restaurants. There is a water park some 8-10 km towards Costa Teguise and also a golf course. .

About 5 minutes walk from the villa is a typically Canarian Restaurant, which sells good food and great wine! There is also a well stocked village supermarket.

Nazaret is a typically Canarian village, so come and experience what life is really like on this beautiful island.

“Perfect location for exploring what Lanzarote has to offer” A great experience right from booking to departure. Kim made the booking process easy and was happy to accomodate our needs in terms of kids beds, high chairs etc. Kim and Brian were very welcoming on arrival and gave us some good recommendations of places to visit as well as being happy to help with any other requirements we had. Villa was lovely, clean, great amenities and the pool was great (especially for the kids). We took 4 little ones between us (aged 3, 3 2 and 1) and they all loved it. The Villa really is in a great place to explore all of the island. We went to some beautiful beaches and he kids loved their visit to Rancho Texas. All in all we had a great time. “Perfect holiday” Superb accommodation with all the facilities you could want for a very comfortable stay. Location perfect for exploring all parts of the island, or just sitting by the private pool. Brian and Kim are fantastic hosts and always willing to advise on places to shop, eat, visit etc, and the accommodation is always kept to a very high standard. We have no hesitation in returning regularly, in fact, already booked our next stay. Response: Thank you very much for your lovely comments. “Wow!! Heaven away from home!!!!!!” After many years of villa holidays I can honestly say that this is one of the best all round packages available. The villa itself is spotless and is exceptionally well decorated. Comfort is a big factor for me and in this respect the villa scores 10/10 with all the facilities and creature comforts you may need. Although located towards the centre of the island, it is well placed for as much or as little seclusion as you may desire, with most things such as restaurants and mini market close by. A short drive will find you in Teguise or Costa Teguise, depending how the mood takes you and both of these locations offer all you could ever want. The pool at the villa is superb, it is well looked after, warm due to the solar heating and is totally and utterly private! The people who own the villa are relatively close at hand and are great, they will give you as much or as little help or advice as you require and it's quite comforting to know that they will be around if and when you need them Not much more to say really other than we've already decided to go back because we simply love it! Just a little piece of "Heaven on Earth" Response: Thank you so much for your kind comments and are very glad to hear that you found the villa so comfortable. Hi All, we stayed in Villa Ann for two weeks in the summer of 2009. We had the most fantastic family holiday. The weather was brilliant and the accommodation was excellent. We sought and got great advice from Kim and Brian regarding places to visit - and they sorted out the car hire for us as well. The pool is great and meant that if we wanted to lounge, swim and read (or sleep!) then we didn't have to travel. The facilities in the villa are great and it's very clean and tidy. Having access to Kim and Brian was very useful - but they never intruded and if we had wanted to avoid them (which we didn't) then they would have respected that. In fact we had a lovely evening sat outside with a bottle (or 2) of wine and had a really nice chat! For us it was also extremely nice that the villa is not located in the really touristy areas, but a hire car is essential. All in all a great holiday which we all really enjoyed.”
