There are plenty of 24hrs restaurants nearby such as McDonalds within 10 minutes of walking distance.

"Family" Convenience store is within 2 min. walking distance and Farmers Market is right below the Condo too.

Floor Plan: 2 big bedrooms, 1 living room and a European-style kitchen.

About the 2 Bathrooms: one has a tub and the other one has a shower

Facilities for the bedrooms: 6 sets of beddings (sheets, blankets and pillows), hangers, Wi-Fi service are both free.

The Living room: a L-shaped sofa with a bed folded in (adult size).

One 45-inch plasma TV set. 1 antique glass closet

The Kitchen with a bar counter: This is a European-Style, L-shaped kitchen; 1 Japan-imported multi-function refrigerator; 1 dish washer, 1 sink, 1 gas stove; 1 Electric Boiler & Warmer; 1 small oven (for bread and meat); 1 microwave oven;

1 wok; 1 kitchen cleaver; plates, fruit plates, seasoning materials, and cleaning cloth.

If these are not enough for you, you can get additional supplies from the near-by super market.If you don’t feel like walking to the near-by Starbucks Coffee, you can get coffee downstairs.

The balcony: 1 washing machine, 1 water heater, no dryer (you need to hang your clothes to dry them in 1-2 days, and if we’ll help to handle the soon-needed laundry and dry clothes)

The big bathroom: with spacious tub (about 190cm x 100cm) and shower

We also supply: toothbrushes, toothpaste, towels, facial cleanser, shampoo, body cleanser, blow-dryer, tissue, soap, trash bags.

The small bath: 1 shower (for your guest) and toothbrushes, toothpaste, towel, facial cleanser, soap, tissue and trash bags.

This apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 12-floor complex, which offers security guard service and is close to super markets.

* National Taiwan Normal University- walking for 15 minutes while 5 minutes for bus. (You can use their big and clean swimming pool)

How do damage deposits work?
