Home description
Kosharitza is a small village on the outskirts of the Stara Planina Mountains and just 2 miles northwest of Sunny Beach. The combination of stunning sea and mountain views makes this a quiet and restful spot. The coastal resort of Sunny beach is only a few minutes away and has over 5 miles of fine golden sand and blue flag awarded crystal clear waters. Sunny Beach is great for watersports, horse riding, mini-golf, two water-parks, restaurants and bars in abundance. The complex is also located within 15 minutes drive of the beautiful and historically fascinating UNESCO world heritage site of Nessebar. On the Sun House complex there is a swimming pool, children's pool and children's play area. There are good quality bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the complex some of which hold traditional Bulgarian nights weekly and will entertain with traditional bulgarian singing and dancing and even a 'walking on hot coals' ceremony.

The Black Sea Coast region
Bulgaria is a country with a long, tumultous history. It is the land of Spartacus and Orpheus, a land invaded and conquered by Romans, Byzantines and Turks all of whom have left their marks on the landscape. Bulgaria also spent four decades as a totalitarian soviet satelite and of course now has been totally opened up and celebrated its accession to the EU in 2007. Evidence of the countries history is no better seen than at the magnificent UNESCO world heritage site of Nessebar located only a short drive from the Sun House complex.
In summer the climate on the Black Sea coast is warm and rises to a daily temperature of 29C in July and August with temperatures in May, June and September ranging on average between 21 and 27 degrees.
Day trips can also be booked from Sunny Beach to nearby places of natural and historical interest such as Sozopol, Pomorie, Varna and even Istanbul in Turkey.
Sunny Beach / Kosharitsa area
Kosharitza is set 5km from the lively resort of Sunny Beach and is therefore ideal for rest and relaxation with the beaches and activities on offer in Sunny Beach and Nessebar only a few minutes away.
The complex is only a few minutes walk away from local restaurants offering great quality food and drink at unbelievably low prices. In fact value for money when it comes to eating out and activities in Bulgaria in 2008 was far, far greater than other tourist destinations in for example Spain, Greece or Turkey.
The fantastic climate is perfect for enjoying the glorious, sandy beaches of Sunny Beach or Nessebar both with equally fine, golden sand and crystal clear waters. Both can be reached cheaply by bus from right outside the Sun House complex.
Sunny Beach and Nessebar also offer numerous watersports, crazy golf courses and two large water parks with slides and flumes.
How to get there
From Bourgas Airport Sun Village is approx 30km and just a 25 minute drive from the airport. Cheap charter flights are available from May to September from over 20 UK airports. Taxis can be pre-booked on request with a frequently used reliable company who have been to Sun House many times before. Please provide flight details to allow the driver to be waiting with a banner displaying your name. Alternatively there are always local taxis available at the airport-the fare should be no more than 80 levs.

Further details indoors: This first floor apartment has a fitted kitchen which includes hob, oven, grill, kettle, fridge, plenty of storage, worktops and accessories such as plates and cutlery etc. The bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side tables. The bedroom also benefits from far reaching views of the countryside. The lounge area has a double sofa bed, nest of tables, television with cable T.V and french doors lead out to a balcony with seating that overlooks the pool area. The apartment benefits from air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and internet access, tiles or laminate flooring throughout.
Further details outdoors: The complex has wooden sun loungers around the pool area for use free of charge, car parking should you wish to hire a car. The gardens have fantastic views of the countryside. The complex also has 24 hour security with gated access to the complex.

The following extras can be supplied or arranged if requested at time of booking:
A welcome pack can be provided at an additional charge.
Airport transfers with fully licensed cars can be pre-arranged at an additional cost.
Cots and high chairs can be supplied. For a small additional cost.
In addition an emergency contact number will be supplied to all of our guests. This will provide piece of mind that 24 hour advice and assistance with our english speaking property management company located locally in Sunny Beach is on hand should you need it.
If our apartment isn't large enough for your group please contact me as I know other owners on the complex who may be able to accommodate members of your group.
Conditions
25% non refundable deposit is required with your booking to reserve the apartment. The balance must be paid in sterling cash, bank transfer 12 weeks prior to departure.
If late booking full payment is required at time of booking.
A damage waiver deposit of £75.00 is required with all bookings and should be included with your final payment. Within 14 days of return from your holiday this amount will be refunded back to you providing our agent checks the apartment inventory and finds that there are no breakages or damage to the property.
For safety and the comfort of all future guests staying in our apartment we kindly request that there is NO smoking inside the apartment.
