Sleeps maximum of 6. 3 bedroom villa with air-conditioning. The Bay View Villas complex on Almond Mountain overlooks the bay of Sunny Beach. Pedestrian-only, family orientated gated complex with fully equipped gym, 2 communal pools, sports bar restaurant with poolside service, shop, pool tables, reception/concierge service and a regular shuttle bus to beach/town/Nessebar..Our villa has a plunge pool, patio and garden with 4 padded sun-loungers and overlooks one of the complex's communal pools with baby pool, jacuzzi, swim-up bar, poolside waiter service, sun-loungers and lunchtime restaurant. 5 Minute Drive By Car Or Shuttle Bus (1.5 Miles) To Sunny Beach. Our villa/apartment consists of lounge, dining area (seats 6), kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, washing machine/tumble dryer, downstairs WC, plunge pool, patio and garden with 4 padded sun loungers, wireless internet, HD TV with cable, Audio system, Playstation3 and single and double sofa beds + 2 seater sofa in lounge. Balconies to each bedroom. Kitchen with electric hob, oven, fridge, toaster and microwave. Large understairs storage cupboard and large walk in cupboard for cases upstairs. Bedding, beach towels, bath towels provided. Spare single mattress. Bedroom 1 with king size bed, Bedroom 2 with twin beds, Bedroom 3 with twin beds. En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with shower, basin, WC, shaver socket & hairdryer. Family bathroom with bath/shower, basin, WC, shaver socket & hairdryer. Downstairs cloakroom with WC & basin. Utility area with washing machine/tumble dryer. Double sofa bed, single sofa bed. 2 seater sofa. coffee table and bookcase in lounge. Dining area with dining table & 8 chairs. HD TV with cable, Playstation3 with games (can be used to play DVD's). Beach towels, bath towels and linen included. Weekly clean and linen change included.Cot and high chair available from Reception. Parking is outside complex. Fully equipped gym, shop, pool table and playground. Reception/Concierge with regular shuttle bus to the beach, town & Nessebar. Sunny Beach is a lively resort boasting a long sandy beach with many bars and restaurants. Activities include 2 water parks, go karting, jet skiing, banana boats and pedalos. Visit the smart marina at St Vlas or go sightseeing in the ancient town of Nessebar. Eating out is very cheap.

The complex is family orientated, so if you would like the hustle, bustle and noise of Sunny Beach it's advisable to stay in the resort. We don't accept hen or stag bookings - sorry. There is an after midnight quiet policy.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to write a review. I’d be interested to know what you needed in the villa that wasn’t there? It’s helpful to know so we can put this right for future guests. We’re sorry your transfer company couldn’t find the complex. We offer to provide transfers with the Bay View staff, but if you use another company they may not know where the complex is. Quite surprised though as it has been there for 12 years. We’re sorry the amenities weren’t open as advertised. We were sent the lunch menu from another owner during the time you were there and in our experience the complex usually gets going at the end of May. I mention in my guest info that the drivers on the complex are happy to take you anywhere at times the bus isn’t running, so I’m surprised this wasn’t offered. Re walking to the beach - it really is ‘straight on and keep going’ once you get down to the main road from the road leading up to the complex. Any restaurant or attraction can be found easily if you use a map app on your phone. Re the taxis - I do warn in my guest info that they can be costly. We’re glad you enjoyed the pools at the complex. Sunny Beach isn’t Barbados but it’s still the best value for money place in Europe to holiday and our rental prices reflect that Bay View isn’t a 5* complex either. Thanks again for your review.

On nice complex with private plunge pool a bit of away from the centre but they provide a bus for you to use at very cheap price it runs till early evening so if you are out late you have to get a tax… More

Why can't I call Caron (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Caron (the owner) a message.

If Caron (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
