New fully furnished open plan Penthouse apartment (lift access) 1 bed sleeps 4 (1 double bed, 1 double sofabed) well located only 4 mins walk from the beach, main promenade and all amenities, restaurants, bars and supermarkets etc, with sunny balcony view overlooking pool below. The complex is particularly children friendly and suited to families. Also benefits from poolside bar serving snacks and 24 hour security on site.
Sunny Beach is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Bulgaria and there is always something to do and see. An 8km long golden sandy beach overlooking the mountains and a reliable hot and sunny summer climate make it a great place to just lie back, relax and enjoy. There is lots for the more active to enjoy with the historic town of Nessebar just a short bus ride away with Bourgas (also accessible by bus) well worth a visit for great shopping and cosmopolitan style. In the evening, there is a great choice of restaurants and nightlife offering great value.

The apartment has a sunny balcony with table & chairs.The complex has a pool safe for young children. Parking is available at the complex although a car is not really necessary to get around Sunny Beach and there are always buses and local taxis available at a reasonable price. Nessebar Aqua Park is located nearby (free shuttle bus) and there are many other daytime activities available including watersports, fishing, cycling (bikes available for hire), golf etc.

Non smokers only and no pets please. A 50 euro damage deposit will be payable to the reception upon arrival and will be refunded upon leaving (cost of any damaged items to be deducted).
A 20% deposit will be required to confirm the booking and payment in full must be received 8 weeks in advance of stay. Any bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to departure will require payment in full at time of booking.

A beautiful long 8km sandy beach and great climate make it suitable for tourism all year round.

There is a wide choice of activities including Nessebar Aqua Park, Watersports, Horse Riding, Fishing, Golf nearby, Mountain bikes can also be hired locally to get around or explore further afield.
Getting there - I have found the cheapest flights to Bourgas with the following; wizzair.com, flythomascook.com, thomsonfly.com, air.bg and skyscanner.com. It is also worth checking lastminute.com, expedia.co.uk and cheapflights.co.uk.

Budget airlines including Wizz Air, Thomas Cook, Thomson etc fly regularly to Bourgas which is only a 20 minute drive from Sunny Beach. I have a reliable British taxi service available who charges only 25 euros each way to and from the airport (much cheaper than picking up a taxi at the airport rank!). My friend and I stayed in Efir 2 for 3 weeks. We could not say a bad word about the apartment; very clean, excellent value for money, lovely balcony with the sun on all day and 5 minute walk from the beach! What more could you ask for? Certainly would reccommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay which is only 5 minute walk from the main strip and beach in Bulgaria :) |

Hi vince , We had a brilliant holiday, the apartment was lovely and the kids loved it , we met other families that owned apartments in the complex that were on holiday for the same two weeks as us , we all had a great time and are keeping in touch, if you want a line to quote for the website a would say, : myself and my family had a fantastic time , apartment was lovely everything brand new, lovely balcony that gets the sun all day, great bar/restaurant just outside apartment's called friends that serves good food/drink and really friendly staff, beach 5min walk great location near all amenities, highly recommended.. thanks again Ann
