The Domaine de Bousquetou gite is a magnificent 17th century mansion that can accommodate up to 14 people including two babies for your family vacation or with friends. This cottage is located in the countryside, surrounded by several hectares of agricultural land, between Villeréal and Monflanquin. It is made up of a large fully equipped kitchen and dining room of 32 m², a large and a small living room, five very spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms and two separate WCs. You will have a large garden of 2500 m² all around and a beautiful courtyard with garden furniture and fixed barbecue. In the park is a beautiful private swimming pool of 5 × 11 (secured by a roller shutter) with a pool house with WC, sunbathing and deckchairs. This year we added a second garden furniture in the park. Cot and high chair are available on request. Sheets and towels provided. Free WiFi and VPN compatible. Cleaning charge possible. We have bikes at your disposal (9 adult bikes - one with a baby carrier - and 3 children's bikes)! It is a pleasant, quiet place but close to shops, restaurants and various summer events (festivals, events, traditional and gourmet markets, etc.) but also an ideal starting point for your excursions, outings, hikes, etc. You are at the heart of the region of country houses such as Monflanquin (one of the most beautiful villages in France) but Villeréal and Monpazier, without forgetting the castles of Biron and Bonaguil. Bergerac and its vineyards are half an hour away. All the major sites in the Dordogne are also easy to visit.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Virginie (the owner) a message.

    If Virginie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
