The apartment is located a few meters from the Son Parc Golf Club, a sports complex that manages the only golf course on the island of Menorca. It has 18 holes and allows you to rent sports equipment necessary to enjoy this sport (check conditions directly with the Club). The Son Parc urbanization is located within the golf course itself. It has services such as pharmacy, supermarket, bars and restaurants. It allows you to take pleasant walks enjoying nature, the characteristic peacocks of the area as well as the beautiful Arenal beach of Son Saura. This beach is located at the north end of the Son Parc urbanization. It is a beautiful cove of fine white sand, crystal clear and shallow waters (ideal if you go with children). It also has all the services that guarantee maximum comfort and accessibility. Although from the apartment you can walk to the beach (since it is located 15/20 minutes from it), it has parking. Among its services and equipment are: showers, hammocks, umbrellas, scooters and kayaks rental in addition to the restaurant "Es bruc nord", located on the beach.
