Newly renovated apartment with excellent views of the golf course, terrace with gazebo and barbecue. It has 2 spacious rooms, bathroom and kitchen fully equipped. Air conditioning. Large dining room with excellent views and a large terrace with wooden gazebo and barbecue in front of the first hole of the Son Parc golf course. It has two large rooms, the main one with a 180cm bed and views of the golf course. The second room has two single beds and views of the gardens and the communal pool. Bright and spacious bathroom, with renovated equipment, bathtub with screen and auxiliary towel rail. Air conditioning with heat pump installed both in the living room and in the main room. The secondary room has a ceiling fan. The apartment also has a private parking space. Equipment: Smart TV, stereo, free WIFI, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, oven, toaster, hairdryer, towels and sheets, iron, highchair for babies, toys, beach table, clothesline and barbecue. *** *** *** *** *** SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS It has a quiet pool for community use (although exclusively for the Albatros urbanization) where you can bathe until midnight, surrounded by beautiful palm trees and with ambient lighting, it is ideal to take a refreshing bath after dinner. The apartment is located a few meters from the Son Parc Golf Club, a sports complex that manages the only golf course on the island of Menorca. It has 18 holes and allows you to rent sports equipment necessary to enjoy this sport (check conditions directly with the Club). The Son Parc urbanization is located within the golf course itself. It has services such as pharmacy, supermarket, bars and restaurants. It allows you to take pleasant walks enjoying nature, the characteristic peacocks of the area as well as the beautiful Arenal beach of Son Saura. This beach is located at the north end of the Son Parc urbanization. It is a beautiful cove of fine white sand, crystal clear and shallow waters (ideal if you go with children). It also has all the services that guarantee maximum comfort and accessibility. Although from the apartment you can walk to the beach (since it is located 15/20 minutes from it), it has parking. Among its services and equipment are: showers, hammocks, umbrellas, scooters and kayaks rental in addition to the restaurant "Es bruc nord", located on the beach. A few meters from the apartment, in addition to the Golf Club, there is the restaurant and lounge bar Romeo & Julieta where you can enjoy its signature cuisine, its beautiful gardens, its private pool, have a cocktail with live music (jazz, soul , blues ...), play paddle tennis or even take a yoga class. *** *** *** *** ***

How do damage deposits work?
