From the owner

This spacious, comfortable farmhouse, in 4 acres of lawns, walnut grove, woods and meadow, is situated along a no-exit road in an elevated position commanding panoramic views to the east, south, and west over beautiful rolling countryside. Just 1km to the village of Seyches with it's ex. restaurant, amazing patisserie, essential shops and bank.

All the accommodation is on the ground floor, with 3 King bedrooms and a 4th bedroom with bunks and a single bed. Two bathrooms, one with bath and shower, the second with shower and WC, plus separate WC.

The living area is open plan with two log fireplaces, insulated walls for summer coolness and all modern facilities, hi-fi, wi-fi broadband and electric heating. The old farmhouse kitchen with it's original fireplace we now call the garden room, is open on two sides linking to the open terrace and the covered terrace and provides wonderful outdoor living. The 12x6m swimming pool has an electrically operated security cover. Close to lakes with sandy beaches for watersports, fishing and riding; 3 golf courses; tennis and shops in Seyches.

Excellent quiet undulating rural roads for the road cyclist.

Damouran provides an ideal base for exploring the Dordogne, Bordeaux, and the Lot et Garonne areas. This is one of the most beautiful, picturesque areas of rural France. Ideal for spring, summer and autumn holidays.

How do damage deposits work?

If Linley (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
