The holiday property is the home of the English owners ( which they use during the non rental periods ) so as such is a fully functioning home and not just a basic holiday let type home, so all the things you expect to find in a home you will find here in this holiday home.

The outdoor pool is only shared with the owners , whilst at the moment the pool is unheated we do have intentions of having the pool heated at the soonest opportunity.
there is a brick built bbq and area within a very large enclosed garden area.
Smokers are welcome provided they do not smoke in the holiday home, elsewhere on the property is fine.
There will be the english owners nearby to offer their services wether it be home cooked meals, advice on local traditions and places to visit to babysitting-or even accompanied walks in the village to meet the local bulgarian people.
The Lovech region
Location: Lovech is situated 200 metres above sea level along the two banks of the Osum River where the PreBalkan Mountain ends up. It is located about 170 km to the north-east of Sofia, 35 km to the north of Troyan, 86 km to the west of Veliko Turnovo and 65 km to the north-west of Gabrovo. Lovech is one of the oldest and most interesting Bulgarian towns. It is also regional administrative centre.
Sevlievo is located in the Sevlievo lowland along the left bank of Rositsa River. It is 190 km away northeast from Sofia and 28 km away northwest from Gabrovo.
History: The medieval fortress was founded in 10th century, 4 km away from the contemporary town. It was destroyed after the Ottoman invasion but it was restored to become an administrative centre of the Ottoman Empire in 18th century. As many other towns in Bulgaria Sevlievo was devastated by the robber bands but its citizens recovered it quickly. Sevlievo became an important handicraft and cattle trade centre. The town was famous silk producer. Sevlievo kept abreast with the cultural and spiritual development during the Revival period. Many great personalities used to live and work in the town.
