Property for exclusive use

Country villa with outbuilding, 390 square meters, holding up to 9 people with 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a sofa bed. The house has a private pool which is fenced for children’s safety, a garden with a ping pong table and a furnished loggia for outdoor meals. You will also find Wi-Fi, satellite TV and air conditioning in the bedrooms.

External Area and Swimming Pool

The large space surrounding the house makes it perfect for groups of friends or large families looking to have a relaxing holiday and the possibility for children to play outside. The house is part of a 9000 sq. m. property, all fenced, with a large garden made up mostly of lawns and embellished with high trees and bushes which create shaded areas where you will find the ping pong table and a small grass football pitch. In the garden you will also find the private, fenced swimming pool, measuring 15 metres by 7 with a depth of 0.6 to 2.1 metres, surrounded by a bathing area complete with sunbeds, beach umbrellas and an outdoor hot water shower. In front of the house’s main entrance there is a charming pergola with a fitness area and a dining area with a table and chairs. The stone barbecue is just a few metres from here. One corner of the garden has a large enclosure, partly covered, where dogs can be kept if required by the client. Covered parking in the property.

Interior

The villa has a main building and an outbuilding 20 metres away. The main house has two floors: the external loggia leads to the ground floor where you will find the large hall, divided into: a living room with armchairs, sofas and satellite TV; the dining room with a large table. The kitchen is all in stone, fully equipped with utensils and also has a fireplace. A bathroom with shower rounds up this floor. A staircase leads to the first floor, with a bathroom with shower and 3 double bedrooms, of which one with wardrobe. The outbuilding has a living room with satellite TV, a single sofa bed, a dining area, a small equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A spiral staircase leads to the open loft with a double bed.

Location

Tamerici is on a hillside surrounded by olive groves, cypress trees and woods and is easily accessible from the tarmac road. The area is typical of the Tuscan hills, with scattered houses, cypress-lined roads and lots of greenery. The view is beautiful and very relaxing.

The villa has Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all bedrooms, central heating, baby bed, high chair, complimentary toiletries, mosquito screens at the windows in the kitchens, living rooms and bathrooms, parking in the property.

The price includes bathroom, bedroom, kitchen linen and beach towels (all changed weekly), water, gas (but non heating), electricity (but not air conditioning), Wi-Fi, baby bed. Upon request and to be paid for at the house are: cookery courses, dinners, hired help, transfers to and from the airport and/or train station.

Swimming pool open from May 1st - September 30th. Pets are allowed at the added fee of 15 euros per pet per week.

How do damage deposits work?

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
