Casa Al Pino is nestled in the hills just outside the village of Riparbella in the heart of the Etruscan Coast region in Tuscany. This "Etruscan Coast Line" extends between Livorno and Piombino. An ideal holiday destination. You will find beautiful beaches sheltered by pine forests, medieval villages, wine routes and places with heirlooms from the Etruscan period.
Casa Al Pino is of Dutch owners and offers you the opportunity to linger at the beautiful pool interspersed with visits to the beach and the surrounding villages. The house is spacious, functional and equipped with all modern comforts, incl. Dutch and international TV channels.
Here you can enjoy maximum privacy, the house is situated on a hilly plot of approximately 1.2 h where formerly grapes were grown. Now there are bushes, olive trees and wild vegetation. From the pool you have a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and the valley of the Val di Cecina. In good weather you can see a dash of the coastline.

The Tuscany region
From here you can visit the beaches of the Etruscan Coast every day. You can go to Cecina Mare with its promenade, Marina di Bibbona with its sandy beaches or San Vincenzo with its gently shelving beach (ideal for children). You can also follow the wine route through villages like Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri (famous for its cypresses). You reach Volterra within half an hour, where you can search for souvenirs in the many shops but of course you can also visit Etruscan treasures the museum. You can also get active and enjoy hiking, tennis and horseback riding in Riparbella or a survival pathway followed in a nearby adventure park. Basic provisions, ATM , bakery and drug store you can find in Riparbella and in Cecina you will find large supermarkets and various shops. Nearby are many restaurants and pizzerias.
Riparbella 3km, 16km Cecina (train station ) , Volterra 36km , Lucca 78km , 62km Piombino ( departures Elba ) , Florence 136km , 68km Pisa ( airport ) , Siena 91km .
There are nice places in the area that you can visit like Castagneto Carducci, Bolgheri and Massa Marittima. Within an hour you can be in Volterra or San Gimignano. A bit further away, but definitely good to plan for a day trip are Siena, Florence,Pisa and Lucca.
