Dining room with huge panoramic view window over the garden. Comfortable kitchen , directly connected with the garden,provided with dishwasher machine, fireplace, table/8 seats .

The property is ideal for families with children and those who loves nature, history, and to be in contact with peaceful and charming unspoiled locations far from noise, where to experience good simple recipes of hand made pasta, where to buy local olive oil (one of the best production in Italy) where to try typical restaurants offering local specialties (porcini mushrooms, truffle). Nice walkings in the woods can be made all around at any time of the year by adding special excursions to other several historical villages in the surroundings like the Farfa Abbey (a benedictine monks abbey declared national monument for its architectural and artistic beauty), the Sanctuary of Greccio (where Saint Francesco erected one of his 4 sanctuaries and considered the place of the first nativity scene in the world) just to mention fews.
Once a month (each first Sunday) a characteristic, very big, countryside fair is held only 15 minutes distance by car along the main road (via Salaria) where several farmers and street sellers sell cattle and all sorts of goods; very nice and interesting where you can spend an whole morning and buy peculiar little things.
During summertime (July and August ) a sporting centre with 2 pools, restaurant, tennis-courts and beach volley is available at a very reasonable prices and just in front an equipped gym ,with sauna, showers and massage area is also provided all year long. During wintertime a very well-known skiing resort (Terminillo) is only 30 minutes distance from this place for those who loves snow and winter sports.
