An extremely spacious, split level terrace surrounds a large heated swimming pool .The bungalow is located on a quiet, prestigious development of properties which are only a short walk from the attractions of Puerto Del Carmen.
The property is light and airy throughout with attractive furnishings and patio doors ensuring guests can enjoy the spectacular views. The open plan lounge and dining area is comfortably furnished and leads to the well equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, stylish built-in wardrobes and en-suite shower room. Patio doors lead onto the upper terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds and use of a second bathroom with full suite and overhead shower. Villa Montana can accommodate 4 people in the existing bedrooms and an additional child under 12 years of age on a fold-a-away bed.
The owner has an identical villa next door, the two villas booked together are ideal for larger parties. The price tariff is the same for both villas

For those who love early mornings and daytime activities or just basking in the sun this is the most perfect resort. Its main beach Playa Grande is the largest on the island and faces a long strip which hosts a huge variety of restaurants, shops and bars.
For those of us that prefer the night life Puerto del Carmen is definitely the resort for you. With its multitude of restaurants, pubs and disco bars there is something for everybody. For the younger and more energetic there is the main centre of night life called Centro Atlantico where one will find many bars, discos and live music venues playing the latest sounds.
The old town of Puerto Del Carmen is a picturesque fishing port containing a wide variety of fabulous restaurants. Here you can eat anything from a traditional Canarian dish, Italian pasta or pizza to Irish or English breakfast. This is definitely a must for those who love fine foods in wonderful surroundings.

Further details outdoors: The outdoor area of this property is truly outstanding. Patio doors from the lounge and master bedroom lead to the upper terrace. Patio furniture and a barbecue ensure guests can enjoy alfresco dining and watch the sunset over Fuerteventura. A few steps lead to the lower terrace and the electrically heated pool which features Roman steps for easy access, and an outdoor shower to freshen up with. As both bungalows are end units they are larger than the majority of other units, so there is ample space on both the upper and lower terraces for sunbathing. Upper terrace is a gated area, ideal for younger children.
