About the home
Villa Joanna is ideal for those who want to relax. Only a five minute walk to the beach and Matagorda area, where you can enjoy the beautiful beaches, coastal walkways and later enjoy the fine bars and restaurants. Supermarket is only a short 300m distance away.
The Villa itself is very spacious with main bedroom having a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. Lounge area with air conditioning and Satelite TV, BBC 1, 2, ITV and CHANNEL 4. Wifi is now provided free of charge.
Swimming pool is heated and maintained at 26 'C most of the year. Due to the fact we cannot put on a pool cover, the pool temperature is never over 22'C in winter time.
A lovely spacious terrace with barbeque and pool table. A private dining area for dining 'Al Fresco'

Sit and enjoy the sunshine in the beautiful terrace and pool area. At night, make the most of our summer nights have a barbecue and dine 'Alfreso'. Enjoy the heated outdoor pool in the privacy of your own garden. Villa Joanna has its own private parking and pool table.
Further details
We provide all hand towels, bath towels, and bed linen. These will be changed over mid week by the maid and the villa given a general clean.
Conditions
We ask for a 20% deposit on reservation. The remaining balance must be payed two weeks before your arrival.
We require your flight details including both arrival and departure time.
For families with very young children a highchair and cot can be supplied at no extra cost.
For those who have a late flight back home, we can offer you the opportunity to use the facilities in Costa Sal where my husband Eduardo is the Director, at no extra cost.

Lanzarote is a great holiday destination pretty much all year round for its favourable climate. Well known for its impressionable volcanic scenery and spectacular views. Must sees:-

The Puerto del Carmen / Matagorda area
From the villa, only a short distance away you'll find Matagorda beach. For those who enjoy walking you can enjoy the coastal walkways that run from Arrecife to Puerto Del Carmen and the Old Town. Great for tiring out the kids! In the pictuersque 'Old Town' you'll find some lovely local and international restaurants and bars. Try out some of the great Spanish 'Tapas'.
For those who enjoy Golf there is a brand new Golf course open in Tias this is the second on the Island. Only a 5 minute drive away. Other sports in the area include carting, horse-riding, scuba diving, windsurfing, cycling, tennis, parascending, jet-ski and sea fishing.

Villa Joanna was a really great villa to stay in, really central to all amienities. Villa lovely and really private not overlooked at all. Would not hesitate to stay there again.Resort had plenty to offer even for the two nineteen year olds that were with us. |

Excellent villa, ideal for a relaxing holiday. You get some aircraft noise, depending on which runway direction is in use bit it does'nt spoil your stay. The air con is very welcolme as is the English tv channels. Clean, airy and very comfortable place to stay, really cannot fault it. Wi-fi was also very handy. |

Villa Johanna provided our family of 4 boys aged 10 - 15 years with everything we could have wished for on our holiday, The pool area was fantastic and the whole family spend a week without a quarrel! A first! The pool table, Sky TV and the open spaces provided the perfect opportunity for us to spend quality time as a family yet gave everyone the space they needed to do their own thing. Definitely would recommend to anyone who likes their space, privacy and yet minutes from the beach, restaurants and shops. A quality property for any family to enjoy a relaxing break in comfortable surroundings. Thanks Eduardo and Kirsty! |
