Large contemporary modern luxury villa in Playa Blanca. Villa Coco has spacious living areas are all on one level enjoying a fantastic location with sea views and incorporating luxury finishes and furnishings to make your holiday something very special. Within the beauitiful garden areas is full sized pool table, ideal for the children to entertain and parents alike themselves.

Villa CoCo is twenty five minutes walk from the pretty town centre of Playa Blanca with the beaches of Playa Flamingo just a fifteen minutes walk away.
This private detached villa sits within a large mature gardens to all sides and located in a lovely quiet and well established community.

With its close proximity to all the local amenities including shops, restaurants and the stunning Marina Rubicon , Villa CoCo provides the perfect place to enjoy a holiday in style whilst enjoying the lovely Canarian people and climate.

The villa boasts it's own large private electrically heated swimming pool,which together with the patio areas are South facings to enable the possibility of enjoying sun from morning to nighttime. The upper South facing large patio area to the villa provides a fantastic place for you to lounge in the sun, eat alfresco near the BBQ under a large pergola providing shaded area to just relax with a glass of wine in the comfort of outside sofas; dining table & seated coffee area. Or just sit and relax and watch the sun set over Mountain Roja. If you love chilling out and still have plenty of space to allow the kiddies to enjoy themselves, Villa CoCo provides these facilities and much more allowing you to create that special holiday experience for your family and friends.

This is a real home from home, the furnishings are complemented by some original pieces of contemporary art and prints from the famous Lanzarote artist Ceasar Manrique.

The lounge is large and light, it has leather sofas, recliner/casual chairs and lovely views over the patios and out to sea, it will easily cater for up to ten adults comfortably.

The fully fitted large kitchen incorporates natural materials including hand made units with marble work surfaces and modern appliances.

The five good sized bedrooms all have ceiling fans ; three with direct access to patio area.
Two king sized beds & three twin bedrooms all with hand made wooden built in wardrobes.

Four 'walk in' shower rooms (two on-suites one with bath) with large mirrors and twin wash hand basins.

Bedroom with large TV including playstation where the kiddies can enjoy their games and toys in a safe and visible environment.

A family home where all can enjoy a real sense of space and luxury.

Further details outdoors:
The extensive South facing terraced areas with views to the sea and Fuerteventura are on two levels, which can be reached via the large panoramic sliding glass doors leading from the lounge, the upper level which is gated has a large pergola area, providing shade in the heat of the day. Beneath the pergola is a marble table and seating adjacent to the built in feature barbecue for formal or 'alfresco' style dining.
Also provided are sun loungers with luxury cushion covers, reclining chairs and a round table with bamboo chairs which can be used for serving snacks & drinks outside.

On the lower terrace (three steps down) is the pool area, the pool which is solar and electrically heated, is 4m by 8m and having a depth varying from 1.33m to 1.7m surrounded by a tiled patio and enclosed by a dado wall which provides privacy to the pool and adjacent areas. There is plenty of room around the pool to lay your sunbeds and bathe in the privacy of your own swimming pool area.

Further details

Villa CoCo is located in a quiet area of Playa Blanca and therefore 'stag' parties or 'hen' party groups should not seek to book this villa.
We will need to see a copy of the Travel Insurance documents before releasing the keys and 'welcome pack' for the villa to show that you have insured your holiday against accidents or illnesses etc.

I just had to write and thank you for the most wonderful holiday. We absolutely love the Villa it is beautiful. From the moment we arrived and saw your lovely welcome and the much appreciated groceries we were smitten.
We had a fantastic time thanks to your lovely hospitality and the beautiful decor. The children were spoilt for choice will all the CDs and Videos available - that's when theywere finally out of the pool!
We really did not want to leave the Villa, the holiday went far too quickly, the Veranda is one of our favourite parts of the Villa as it provides welcome shade and a lovely relaxing area when using the BBQ of an evening.
We have highly recommended Villa CoCo to our family and friends and can't wait to come back in April.

I have been meaning to e-mail to let you know that we had a fantastic time in your Villa. I cannot think of anything it was lacking, it is a beautiful villa in a beautiful setting. Joyce was most helpful and a lovely lady. The information pack you sent was brilliant and everything happened as it should with no problems whatsoever.
Unfortunately we did not have the best of weather, apparently the worst in 7 years. So we did have quite a bit of rain, lots of cloud and a little chilly some days in a very gusty wind. However, this did not hamper our holiday at all.
Thank you so much for letting us stay in your villa. Playa Blanca is the perfect place to stay. We did explore the island, which we found surprisingly smaller than we thought, and felt that Playa Blanca was definitely the best resort.
I have added your villa to my favourites and shall keep your e-mail address for the future as I would love to stay at your villa again.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote boasts of it's warm climate enjoyed virtually all year round and of unspoilt sandy beaches in many of the local areas. Some of the beaches such as Papagayo are places of natural beauty where the beaches are protected from future development.
Although the climate is generally warm and being a small Island, the offshore breezes create a comfortable environment in which to enjoy the outdoor life, including sports, walking or dining 'alfresco' style.
The locals in the resorts are very friendly, many speak two or more languages and so communicating with them in terms of asking for directions, ordering food etc should not present a problem for a visitor.
There are a number of places of interest to visit, including the home of the Architect, Marique (deceased) who set the design and style of much of the Lanzarote housing. His home is set within a lava bubble and is intriguing to see how he has used the natural materials and shapes in the design of his house. Tymafya volcano range is also worth a visit with a restaurant positioned adjacent to a hot air vent on which they cook their food.

The Playa Blanca / Montana Roja area

Playa Blanca , the most southern part of Lanzarote, was once a small fishing village which has been developed sensibly to provide a paved promenade which stretches for miles along the shore edge, so if you like walking, there can be no better way of enjoying a morning stroll. It has many shops and restaurants near the sea edge all of which are open virtually fifty two weeks a year. There are a number of large supermarkets that provide fresh produce daily and a lovely fish market located in the harbour.
There are many lovely beaches in Playa Blanca, along with a chic newly built marina, it really is no wonder that it is thought of as the 'jewel in the crown'. The chic new 400 berth Marina has got everything, enjoy the fantastic restaurants offering delicious food, or why not sit and wind down listening to the cool sounds at the famous Cafe Del Mar Bar, or if you are feeling a bit active why not play tennis, take a sail, or dive. There really is something for everyone.
If you like golf, there are two golf courses within 30 to 45 mins drive and tennis courts can be made available if requested. There are many other sporting activities available within a relatively short drive e.g. go carting, horse/camel rides, scuba diving, wind surfing etc.

Fly to Arrecife Lanzarote, and our villa in Playa Blanca is about approx 30 minutes drive from the Airport. There are taxis always outside the Airport terminal and it will cost approx 30-35 euros to get to Villa CoCo; alternatively you can arrage for a hired car to be collected at the Airport

Our rental periods are flexible as are the numbers for renting the villa so please contact us on your requirements and we will advise you on prices etc. As a general guide additional persons charges are £120 per person per week over and above those noted above. A welcome pack of light refreshments and drinks on initial arrival at the villa, are included in the above prices.

Children under two years of age are free.

Prices may change at the owners discretion.

We will require confirmation that travel Insurance is in place for the duration of your holiday.

A small retainer in case of breakages etc will be required, but is fully refundable if no damage or breakages occur during your stay in the villa.
