Casa Becca is a stunning luxurious holiday villa, complete with private heated swimming pool. This magnificent villa which is situated in the Buganvilla development area and has been both furnished and equipped to a high standard, with no expense spared. The villa has Wi-Fi, Satellite TV and full airconditioning (on both floors).

Casa Becca is situated on a one of the prime plots of the development (back line) therefore it commands spectacular sea/mountain views. The South facing terraces which are set on 2 levels are decked out with sunloungers & outside dining furniture. There is also an outside pool table that both adults and kids will enjoy.

This property is ideal for families, groups of friends or couples who are looking for a totally relaxing, luxury holiday.

Interior

Casa Becca is stylishly decorated and very spacious, this two storey villa is presented to a very high standard. Ground floor has a large, bright living room with doors to the garden and swimming pool. There are comfortable furnitures, made for relaxation. A modern kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for a villa holiday. It has a wide oven, Fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a microwave. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. There is also a games room equipped with a full size table tennis table.

First floor has one bedroom and a bathroom en-suite. There is also a TV-room with DVD player. The TV-room has a comfy sofa. There are doors leading out to the roof terrace.

Exterior

The outside area of Casa Becca has outside dining area, 6 relaxation loungers, swimming pool and a door which leads to the tennis- and racketball Courts.

The large roof terrace is partially offers stunning views across to the sea as well as the mountains. There is a large sofa and table for relaxing with a book and a glass of wine!

Guests arrived with well no damage villa and they didn’t reported any damage and missed items. After they left, management company reported three broken sun lungages and missing duvet. We never claim any damage deposit since we started to rent villa alimony more than 7 years( little issues we always let them go). But damage of this time is too much and we have replaced them immediately . As everyone has travel experience , you will immediately report any damage when you arrive the place rent to avoid any conflict. But this guest didn’t at all.

same guests who left review on 12th March because we claimed damage deposit they caused. they did not report any problems when they arrived and during their stay. As any holiday makers it is first thing you will contact with owner about damages and problems when you arrived villa. But they had no contact at all during whole stay. We never claim any damage since we started the rental more than 7 years. Lots of little damages we did not charge any guests. But this time is too much. Hope the response will tell every body the other side of story

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Hong Lei (the owner) a message.

If Hong Lei (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
