About the home

Our Sunny Villa provides a home from home holiday experience where you will find everything you need to to enjoy your holiday to the full. The villa is fully equiped inside and the patio has a table & chairs, covered pergola ( for addition shade ) and a heated pool to allow you to make maximum use of the sunny weather that Lanzarote is known for. Outdoor lighting is provided for those that enjoy evening BBQs and just relaxing in the evenings over a glass of wine or what ever takes your fancy.

Wardrobes provided in each bedroom. Fans provided. Master bedroom has a king size bed and a safe. The kitchen is fully integrated with built in hob, oven & grill, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. We also provide a toaster, coffee maker, juicer, pots & pans etc.
Bath & hand towels are provided and changed midweek for 7 night stays,mid holiday for 10 night stays and midweek for 14 night stays. Please bring Beach Towels for use on the sun beds and for use on the Beach.

The patio and pool area are south facing and get the sun all day.The external pergola has been boarded over to provide additional shade during the heat of the day.

We employ a well respected local management company to provide villa cleaning,maintenance and pool cleaning services and they work to the highest standards posible using fully trained staff.
It is the renters responsibility to take out adequate travel insurance to suit their own individual requirements and we accept no responsiblity for injury,damage or loss of goods or property whilst using the villa.
Wi-Fi may be available via a dongle provided by our management company.The cost is 25 euros per week payable locally and must be booked at time of property booking as availability is limited.

Conditions

Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am in order to give the management company time to prepare the villa for the next guests.Occasionally this rule may be relaxed if the villa does not have an occupancy until the following day.Please ask the owners if this is possible if you have a late flight home although this may not be guaranteed until nearing the time of holiday.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote ia a year round holiday island. Winter is a particularly busy time due to the warm temperatures whilst the rest of europe struggles with the cold. The average daytime temperature is 21 deg in January to 30 deg in August.
The island is 37 miles long and 12 miles wide so none of the tourist attractions are very far away. Tourist attractions of note are Timanfaya National Park, Jameos Del Agua, The Volcanic Caves, Cactus Garden, Mirador Del Rio and the house of Cesar Manrique.
From Playa Blanca harbour you can get a ferry over to the island of Fuertaventura,crossing time is 20/30 minutes.You can go as a foot passenger or take your car if you have hired one.You must get permission of you car hire company to take it off the island.

The Playa Blanca / Parque del Rey area

There are many things to do in Playa Blanca. As well as enjoying the towns 3 beaches you can shop in the pedestrianised Calle Limones, or stoll down to Marina Rubicon ( market days wednesdays & saturdays ) and walk the seafront promenade. The town has a wealth of restaurants to choose from ,many adjacent to the sea so that the sea views can be enjoyed whilst dining. The town also has a harbour where you can catch a ferry to the adjacent island of Fuertaventura.
The property is about a 15 minute walk to the harbour and town amenities.

Majority of Ailines fly to Lanzarote including Monarch, Easy Jet, Thomas Cook, Thomson, Jet 2,Ryanair,British Airways etc.
Taxis are available at the airport 7 days a week.
There are at least 6 car hire companies at the airport. Cabrera Medina have offices at Playa Blanca so it is possible to hire a car at the airport and drop off locally if you do not want the car for the whole holiday ( advise car hire company at time of booking ).
We can advise the names of companies that provide mini bus transfers from and to the airport if you prefer not to drive.
