About the home

We are pleased to be able to offer this wonderful detached villa in the beautiful, tranquil resort of Playa Blanca. The villa is set within a new exclusive development, which is the only development in Playa Blanca to offer guests private access to the seafront promenade and beach.

The property offers spacious, luxury accommodation, within easy reach of the beaches, restaurants and shops of the town centre. The property is furnished to a very high standard and boasts a wealth of facilities, including a private 12m x 4 m electrically heated pool, an indulgent en-suite jacuzzi bath as well as home comforts such as Sky TV and a DVD player. A games room, featuring a pool table, darts board and a table tennis table will be added to the villa for 2010. Also, further shading will be provided for 2010, as a shaded terrace featuring two full length sofas will be added to the villa.

The unique elevated position of the property offers both privacy and fantastic views of Fuerteventura from the enormous terraces that surround the pool. The ample outdoor seating provides the most beautiful setting for you to enjoy al-fresco dining whilst gazing at the uninterrupted views.

The two master bedrooms feature king size beds, whilst the single bedroom accommodates bunk beds, with a further single bed (which also has a pull out bed beneath it!). The fourth bedroom provides a further two single beds. All of the bedrooms benefit from air conditioning, which may also act as heating during the cooler winter nights. The villa is really set up as a home from home, with every imaginable home comfort to make your stay an exceptional one....We have even left a selection of our favourite books and DVDS (both adults and children's) to further enhance your evening's relaxation.

We are now able to offer internet access at an additional charge of 50 Euros per week.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote is the northern most island in the Canaries, situated off the coast of north/west Affrica. The island offers year round sunshine, with very little rain and cool breezes, that leave evenings at the ideal temperature to enjoy al-fresco dining. The white beaches of Playa Blanca & Papagayo are the finest on the island. Timanfaya National Park is 15 minutes drive from Playa Blanca along with the fantastic sunsets viewed from the restaurants at El Golfo

The Playa Blanca / Playa Real area

Playa Blanca is a picturesque former fishing village set to the south of the island of Lanzarote. The flourishing resort has been tastefully developed but yet retains much of its origingal charm. There are numerous beaches in this area, including Papagayo which is considered to be one of the islands finest. The villa offers unique private access to the beautiful seafront promenade that stretches for 4 miles from the pedestrianised town to the lighthouse at Pechiguera. a gentle stroll along the promenade takes you to Flamingo beach and also to the centre of Playa Blanca where you will find a vast variety of restaurants to suit every appetite. Playa Blanca is perfectly situated for some of Lanzarote's major tourist attractions, including the Timanfaya National Park and the port of Fuerteventura is just a 40 minute sail away.

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautifuyl villa, we ahd a wonderful holiday in a 'home away form home'. You provided everything we needed to make sure our stay was very pleasant and very enjoyable. We spent so much time by the pool that the children are missing it this week.There is nothing that I can say that would improve on a perfect holiday.
