About the home

As you enter the front gate, a set of stairs will lead you up to the front door of the villa, once inside you enter a spacious area from which you can enter a bedroom to one side, and kitchen, and dining room to the other. Directly in front of you is a set of curved stairs which take you to a large open plan space downstairs.

On the ground level you have a single room to the left with an en-suite shower room. The room has fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.

On this ground floor there is a guest toilet with hand basin.

Walking past the stairs you head to the kitchen. The kitchen is a fully equipped gallery style kitchen with all appliances built in. To the side of the kitchen is a covered utility area, complete with washing machine and drying area.

The dining area is a large area with patio doors the whole length of the wall, These open out onto a balcony overlooking the pool, this gives you a completely unspoilt view of the sea, and over to Los Lobos and Fuerventura. As you scan the horizon to the right you have stunning views of the famous Papagayo beaches. This balcony leads round to a larger terrace which steps down to the Built in BBQ area with an outdoor sink perfect for outdoor dining whilst enjoying the most fabulous of sunsets over the sea.

Inside the villa as you go downstairs you come into an open plan area which consists of a lounge, with leather sofas, coffee table and television. To the side of the sofas there is the dining area with 6 highbacked chairs.

The rest of the open space is made into good use as a games room. Comprising of a pool table and a fuss ball table for your entertainment. The large wall spaces are adorned with carefully selected pictures that complement the villa. Large patio doors lead to the terrace and pool area. The lounge has air conditioning. On this level there are two bedrooms, and one bathroom, the bathroom comprises of separate Jacuzzi bath and shower, bidet, WC and hand basin. The hand basin is set in to Marble.

One room is a double room, with fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. There is also a single room also with fitted wardrobes, and bedside cabinets, The single room has air conditioning fitted to give you an ambient temperature all year round.

Further details outdoors:
Outside there is a pool with an electric back up heater. Separate from the pool is a Hot Tub on the ample terrace area.

There are sun loungers for use around the pool for the sun worshippers. The garden is becoming established and is full of colour all year round. There is a lockable side gate.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote is said to be one of the most unusual and beautiful of the Canary Islands. It lies just 95 Km off the west coast of Africa and not far from the south west of the Spanish peninsua. This fantastic location means you are ensured high temperatures any time of the year and Lanzarote benefits from more days of sunshine and fewer days of rain compared to any of the other islands. The high temperatures are eased by the cool breeze making it ideal for sunbathing, sporting activities and exploring the many areas of culture by day and in the evening there are many bars and restaurants perfect for relaxing over a leisurely meal.

The island is particularly famous for its 'lunar' landscapes and consists of almost 300 volcanoes. There are many areas to explore and from the volcanic mountains the views are spectaculour. The rocky coastlines are broken up by the beautiful golden sandy beaches and the different greenery and agriculture.

The Playa Blanca area

The villa is in a tranquil location but still within 1KM of the stunning Playa Flamingo beach. Here you will find an assortment of seafront cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.

Playa Blanca benefits from the best of the magnificent sunny weather, thanks to being at the southernmost tip of the island which has a spectacular range of extinct volcanos surrounding the town, in doing so nature has created an additional barrier against low to medium cloud bases affording the town and the area of Los Lobos the very best of the weather Lanzarote has to offer. The villa is close to the local harbour (3 minute drive) where you can catch the ferry over to Fuerteventura for the day. A further 3 minutes by car brings you to the newly developed Rubicon Marina where you will find many shops, restaurants and entertainment for all ages.

WHERE TO EAT...Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from, those along the sea front are great for their ambiance, but when asked to recommend there are 3 which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run

Located in Playa Blanca, the villa is ideally located, only being 5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket and restaurant and 15 minutes local beach. Taxis are relatively cheap and plentiful, and are available from the end of the road.

Travelling to Lanzarote is easily done. There are main airlines that have routes to Lanzarote airport - Arrecife (ACE). Such as www.flythomascook.co.uk or www.thomsonfly.co.uk or www.firstchoice.co.uk and many more. The flight normally takes no more than 4 hours.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS...Available both SHARED or EXCLUSIVE we can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list

CAR HIRE... We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative, or if you prefer have it delivered to your villa at a time of your choosing.
They will also collect from the villa or should you choose you can drive it back to the airport yourselves.
The permutations are entirely yours.

“Wow what a beautiful villa” We stayed here with 2 teenagers and had a great time. The pool table was great as when it was too hot the children played on this as sometimes it was really hot. We hired a car which is a must and only cost us £60.00 for the week. There was a small supermarket but wasn't for everyday needs so we went into the spar in town which was fine. People say you can walk into town but I honestly wouldnt be able too it is to far but a taxi was only 4 euros and there is a taxi rank at the bottom of the road which was great. We stayed in a couple of nights and had a BBQ which was lovely. The hot tub was great but think it was a bit expensive at £95.00 but think we went in every night. Overall this villa is fab very strange how it is set out but lovely.try to avoid the restaurants not the sea front as they are a bit of a nuisance trying to get you in. We had a chinese at jasmines and was lovely this is behind the main row of restaurants on the sea front and there are a few more which are nice.

These rental rates are based on 4 sharing: - For more than 4 people please add £100.00 per person per week, up to a maximum of 7 people + 1 Child.

A deposit of 15% of the Total Holiday Value (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge for them.

A welcome pack: - consisting, of Tea, Water, Sugar, Coffee, Milk Lt, Biscuits, Orange 1 Lt, Beer 1 Lt + 1 Bottle Of Wine/Cava is included in the above prices.

We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival.

Please note – The villa will be cleaned every 7 days after your arrival, as if it was your first day. This means everything is swept, mopped, windows cleaned, fresh towels and clean linen (We do not supply Beach Towel’s), please bring your own. For holidays of 10/13 nights, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid-term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.

A Daily Maid Service Is Available, Please Ask For Details

The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool and is included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months. November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an extra £100.00 a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required.

Arrival days are totally flexible. We endeavour to have the villa ready by 3.00 P.M. the day of your arrival, however if you are on an early flight, do let us know and we will do our best to minimise your wait, or offer helpful suggestions. Departure time from the villa is 10.00 A.M. Again if we can extent this we will. (Please do not worry we never leave anyone stranded.)

Early arrivals are not a problem, please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up till 10.00am thought is still the previous guest’s holiday.

High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 25 Euros a week, per item.

GAMES TO RENT... X Box, PS 3, PS 2 at 35 euros per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards
