Cozy one bed room bungalow with a south facing patio where you can relax and soak up the sun all day long while gazing at the pretty private garden and tropical gardens of the complex. The bungalow is located in Jardin Del Sol, a small and quiet complex very close to Playa Blanca’s main town, harbour and Flamingo Beach. Jardin Del Sol has a large unheated communal swimming pool. The bungalow sleeps 2 adults and has a family bathroom and well equipped kitchen with everything you will need for your self catering holiday. The bedroom has 2 single beds, ample storage and windows with shutters and mosquito nets. The bathroom has a sizeable shower with hot water all day plus plenty of storage for personal items. The kitchen has a 4 ring hob, full oven and microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and washing machine, with plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. In the living room you will find a roomy sofa , 2 comfortable arm chairs and a coffee table. The bungalow has a TV with 50+ UK and Irish channels, a DVD/CD player and a radio. There is also free WiFi. You can enjoy books from a selection of over 50 books with a wide range of authors. There is plenty of on street parking available although a car is not necessary to avail of the local amenities. There is a Spar supermarket just a few minutes walk away with plenty of other supermarkets and shops in the nearby town. The town boasts a myraid of restaurants and bars while a 20 minute walk will bring you to the Marina Rubicon where you can enjoy even more restaurants, Wednesday & Saturday markets and high end shopping.

The property is maintained by a local management agent with clean towels and linens provided on a weekly basis.A welcome pack is also provided on your arrival at the bungalow.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bronwyn (the owner) a message.

If Bronwyn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
