Our beautiful apartment is idealy located in a prime position facing the communal pools and gardens. It has one of the largest balconies on the resort which is a perfect place to lounge, sun bathe, dine and relax. We make the most of this outdoor space with rattan dining furniture and sofas on the balcony as well as private sun loungers. There are also plenty of sun loungers by the communal pools for your enjoyment.

The living area has air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, music provision via a iPOD docking station, 2 sofas (one of them a sofa bed), bar stools for breakfasting and a selection of books, DVD's, games and local information available for guests enjoyment. Our kitchen is fully equiped including fan oven, cermamic hob, granite work tops, toaster, kettle, fridge / freezer and a full compliment of cutlery, condiments, plates and dishes for a full self catering experience. The bedroom has a double bed, two bedside cabinets, dressing table, mirror, hairdryers / straighteners and 3 wardrbobes. Bed linen and towels are provided (including beach towels). Extra blankets are provided for out of season use when the evenings are a little cooler. The property has marble tiled flooring..

The communal facilities include: 2 large swimming pools, Indoor and Outdoor Jacuzzi, Pool Bar, Changing Rooms, WC, Sauna, Gym and Games Room with Landscaped Gardens. The apartment has a private parking space with extra visitor parking on site.

A perfect holiday for couples and families, close to the beautiful village of Peyia with its traditional feel, stunning views of Coral Bay and its many tavernas, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Peyia is a perfect location and is very traditional, with great proximity for the resort of Coral Bay, and the regional capital Paphos Town.

Peyia is a delightful holiday village overlooking the sea, about 14km from Paphos, and is reached by driving along a pleasant coastal road fringed with hotels, restaurants and tavernas, and open beaches.

The village lies about 3km above Coral Bay which is regarded as having the best beaches in the west of Cyprus. Coral Bay has a wide range of lively restaurants, tavernas and entertainment to cater for a wide variety of visitors.

Located on a gently sloping hillside overlooking Coral Bay, Peyia is a very popular quiet and charming village. It is very traditional in look and feel with winding streets and traditional stone houses with an old village church and shops at the centre. Peyia is an excellent location to be close to Coral Bay beach which is just five minutes away by car or bus but offers visitors peace and tranquillity if you don't want to stay in the centre of a busy holiday resort.

Peyia is a 35 minute drive from Paphos airport and is well placed for access to the main 3 golf courses in Cyprus (all within 30 minutes drive) and sits at the fringe of the Akamas Peninsula, a National Park area designated for special protection from development.

It has a good selection of amenities including banks, doctors, two supermarkets, bakery, butchers, fishmongers, DVD shop and launderette. It also offers a good selection of traditional tavernas where you can try the local fish or meat meze, or you can try Chloes that offers themed food evenings throughout the week.

Peyia village is a short walk away from the apartment and proudly retains its local and cultural feel with long winding streets. For a livelier night out, Coral Bay also has numerous restaurants and tavernas open day and night, bars. Discos and clubs offer something for all ages. Paphos with its lovely harbour and sea front is a 15 minute drive away.

For a taste of Cyprus's natural beauty, try venturing westwards along the coast. Here you will find Agios Georgios (a secluded harbour and beach offering peace and tranquillity). Still further to the west is the Akamos Peninsular, an area of wild, rugged natural beauty. The peninsular is an ideal spot for walking (especially in the cooler months) and is also home to Turtle Beach, a beach where hundreds of loggerhead turtles lay their eggs every year.

The traditional Greek taverna overlooking the beach is a great place for a laid-back lunch. Much further past this point you will need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to explore the terrain by the dirt tracks available or go into the Trudos Mountains where you can Ski. A real taste of "wild Cyprus", far removed from the tourist hotspots!

"Heaven in Cyprus"

My wife and myself have stayed in this apartment 3 times in 3 years and we love it.
The location is up in the hills overlooking Coral Bay, a lively town with gorgeous beaches and excellent restaurants and bars. Peyia, where the apartment is situated is quieter, so offers the choice of pace you fancy.
The apartment itself is modern and fully equipped. So nice that we often find ourselves holing up with a bottle of wine. The big balcony / patio overlooks the complexes 2 pools, Jacuzzi, gym and communal area, which we use daily.
If you are looking for a couple or family orientated holiday, then this is the place to stay and if you fancy a livelier night out. Pafos is 20 minutes by excellent public transport. We love it!
