This ground floor and very spacious Beach Garden Studio condo sleeps 4 adults comfortably and has two queen-size beds, a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a shower, a nice-sized fully equipped kitchenette, and a 4-seat dining table. This unit provides you with 650 sq. ft. of living space, plus there is a 400 sq. ft. private terrace with patio furniture and garden area which is just a few feet away from one of the resort's swimming pools, and has a nice ocean view through the property's lush landscaping. This unit is one of the few studio condos at this resort that offers a semi-private washer/dryer facility (=shared with next door's Beach Garden One-bedroom condo, locked on both sides)!
