L' alloggio si trova al 1° piano di una villetta bifamiliare con ingresso indipendente. L' appartamento è composto da ingresso-soggiorno, bagno con doccia, una camera da letto matrimoniale con balcone e una cameretta con letto singolo, e con possibilità di un letto aggiunto; a richiesta è possibile aggiungere un lettino da campeggio. La villetta è immersa nella tranquillità della natura della Conca d' Oro di Palermo; lontana dal rumore e dallo smog della grande città, ma allo stesso modo vicina e facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici ( due linee di autobus passano a circa 700 m. dalla casa) Si può godere dello spazio esterno in piena tranquillità e apprezzare la libertà di cucinare e mangiare all' aria aperta, infatti una grande cucina con forno a legna e barbecue è a disposizione degli ospiti che potranno usufruire anche dello spazio esterno per pranzare all'ombra di un grande gazebo e di una vegetazione rigogliosa.

    Laëtitia e la sua famiglia sono stati degli ospiti fantastici; si sono rivelati simpatici, disponibili e attenti osservatori delle regole della casa, lasciando tutto pulito e ordinato. E' stata una piacevole esperienza averli avuti come nostri ospiti e aver potuto scambiare con loro informazioni e conoscenze. Un particolare e affettuoso pensiero è da dedicare alla loro piccola bimba Etien, che è stata una presenza dolcemente indimenticabile. Siamo lieti di aver fatto la loro conoscenza avendoli avuti nostri ospiti per il loro soggiorno a Palermo, e speriamo possano mantenere un piacevole ricordo di questa vacanza.     How do damage deposits work?

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Giusy-Emanuele (the owner) a message.

    If Giusy-Emanuele (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
