This beautiful villa on the shores of Casteldaccia, Sicily has been completely renovated. With its private beach, balcony and garden, this is a perfect place for families to soak up the Sicilian sun and escape from the daily grind”.
The villa is divided in three different levels: the ground floor includes an American style kitchen (about 30 square metres), a wide living room (about 80 square metres) with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and a veranda.
The first floor is composed by 2 bedrooms with a Queen sized bed and a single bed each, a bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a landing with a double sofa bed and a veranda. There is also an extra fold-up bed available to accommodate parties of up to 15 people! The top floor is composed by a great terrace (about 120 square metres!).

How to get there
This great holiday villa on the sea with private beach, is located in Casteldaccia, a small town with a population of about 9,000 in the north of Sicily, about 18km away from Palermo. Even though over the last years Casteldaccia's city plan has been renovated as to suit the needs of the inhabitants, the town centre still keeps that typical Sicilian atmosphere, with its narrow streets and characteristic houses.
The villa is located barely 10 metres away from the beach, in a very quiet area. If you want to spend your holidays in a really relaxed place, this is definitely what you're looking for! As for public transportation, there is a bus stop 150 metres away from the villa. The train station is 1.5km away from the villa, and there are several restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

"The house was amazing. It was enough space for 11 people.Nice garden with lemon tree and just a few meters from the beautiful sea. The house is very well equipment, sun chairs, and barbecue etc. There are a big roof terrace with a stunning view. And with your own private beach it was just perfect. It is a beautiful area with big mountains and it`s also a very vigorous area. Really nice.I have travel around Italy a lot and Sicily is one of my favourite places. And the people are very hospitality. It was really a luxurious holiday. "
