Perfect for the children - big olive tree garden. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace with stunning sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. Sunbeds for the best relax. With two e double and two beds in the living room, the landhouse is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Palermo / Balestrate area
Balestrate, a cute little town with 6000 inhabitants, is situated 35km west of Palermo in the famous Gulf of Castellammare. The location offers all the best. The streets, lined with restaurants, bars and shops, pulsate with life day and night. Excellent is the local production of wine.The friendliness and openness of the locals, who are always willing to lend a helping hand, will make you feel at right at home. Balestrate’s location directly on the coast and its yachting marina, make it ideal for motorsport and fishing and its long, fine sandy beaches andturquoise waters mean diving and surfing are very popular.

Art lovers will not want to miss the many churches in the area and the marketplaces in the various towns where local artists display their work.The landscape around Balestrate is characterized by olive groves, wheatfields and fields full of vegetables, citrus plantations and vineyards.
