Casa Ida is a bright and spacious property. Furnished to a high standard, it has a fitted kitchen with full hob and oven, fridge/ freezer, microwave, washing machine,toaster, coffee maker, kettle etc. The lounge has a leather suite and 37" flat screen TV with satellite tv package and iPod dock and the dining area has a lovely rustic dining table and chairs for 4 people. The bedroom has plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, twin beds and an en suite shower room. There is also a further WC.

Outside, there is a large terrace with comfortable sun loungers, table and chairs and a bbq. The views are towards Montaña Ubique and the sea in the distance.

There is a small supermarket within walking distance. The Nazaret Sociedad is a 5 minute walk away and you can try typically Canarian food in there and drink at very reasonable prices.

Casa Ida is ideally suited for those people who like to explore the island and is particularly popular with cyclists, walkers and bird watchers. This property is not suitable for children.
There is a small step up to the kitchen area, a small step up to the bedroom and a small step up to the outside patio. There is no washing machine in this property, but there are laundry facilities on site.

Can't fault in any way, Kim and Brian are brilliant always on hand if needed. Home from home everything is supplied, and welcome pack is amazing. Nice and quiet and relaxing.

Why can't I call Brian (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Brian (the owner) a message.

If Brian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
