Monda Mountain Retreat offers peace and relaxation from the moment you arrive with its beautiful stunning views and comfortable accommodation.

The studio properties has a double beds with plenty of wardrobe space & two side cabinets with beautiful views out of the window.

The lounge space has a settee that makes into a sofa bed, there are also 2 single beds.

The dining area comfortable seats 4 people.

The Studio has a portable air conditioning unit, fans and heating for the winter.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, cooker with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle.

There is a jacuzzi bath with over head shower.

The outside area has loungers, chairs and dining table.

There are nice secluded areas to sit in the shade and read your books.

The swimming pool is for your private use with outside shower and sun terrace that overlook the mountains with its magnificent views.

It is an ideal location for ”Al fresco” dining or a barbecue" we have a Gas BBQ"

the studio is located in easy access of the village only 1 km away, 30 min walking downhill and considerably more coming back up depending on your level of fitness. (not recommended in the summer months during the day).

Monda is a typical Spanish Village situated in the mountains of the Las Nieves. If you want to experience the true feel of Spanish life you will find it in Monda. Monda has plenty of shops, for your everyday needs: Chemist, Bakery, Supermarkets, Butchers, and Post Office.

A small market on a Tuesday and a working Olive Mill which is over 200 years old.

Plenty of Bars and Restaurants serving anything from Tapas, Steaks, Pizza, Pasta, Paella, Sardines cooked over charcoal and giant prawns!

    Children are very welcome at Monda Mountain Retreat but I like to make guests aware that children need to be supervised at all times due to the nature of the pool and surrounding areas.

    NO PETS ALLOWED

    Smoking is only permitted outside the Casita and guests are asked NOT to walk around with there cigarettes especially during the summer months.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Helen (the owner) a message.

    If Helen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
