2 bedroom townhouse situated in the picturesque white washed village of mijas. Great location with communal pool overlooking the Mediterranean Sea & on a clear day morroco. In the heart of the village 5 mins walk into the main square with many beautiful tapas bars, restaurants & quirky shops. 25 mins to Malaga airport & 10 mins to the coast. Mijas is known as the jewel of Andalucia. The quirky home has 2 bedrooms, 1 king size bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom sleeping 4 people in the house all with memory foam mattresses allowing you to have a lovely sleep, open plan living room/dining room & free good wifi. Private patio with a double hammock & a table & chairs including a shaded area if required with many seats. Lots of lovely mountain walking with guided pathways. No car necessary as the public transport provides an excellent service. The host can also help with airport transfers & any other taxi services needed. Suzie is happy to help and is on hand if needed via phone/wassap or email.

Tiger Bob is Suzie’s cat that comes & goes in his cat flap & asks only for you to like cats & each guest to have no cat allergy. No children under 6 years please.

The owner Suzie is available online or via phone anytime of the day. If Suzie isnt around for some reason then there shall always be another person available. The keys shall be handed to you by Suzie herself or another person or there is a key cabinet with a code. Suzie can suggest places to visit in the village and surrounding areas. She is very happy to help in any way including airport transfers and day trips out to many destinations on the coast at a good price. Please enquire in advance as these trips take organising.

House rules

No Guests under 12 years old. No smoking inside the property at all including no rolling tobacco indoors. The house is a non smoking household which is a very strict policy. There is an ashtray outside the premises in the patio which needs to be used at all times outdoors. You must provide a copy of your identity passport on booking . Spanish law requires we obtain a copy of the same as we must notify the authorities of who is staying at the property.

Why can't I call SUZIE (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send SUZIE (the owner) a message.

If SUZIE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
