This old house completely renovated is typical Selinunte's countryside; set amongst olive groves, with views over trees to the cost, this family villa in Sicily enhances rural charm with comfort and is within easy reach of beaches (only 2 kilometres).

This large estate consist of two villas, one owner's house, the other is Casa Melograno, both completely indipendent with its pool. The house, in addition of a stunning panoramic view, is nice and comfortable. Inside cool and calm interiors contrast with super-scenic views: its meant to be for a couple or a family that wants to relax and enjoy quiet atmosphere.

A cozy living room opens into a large kitchen and dining area, Two comfortable bedrooms both with individual bathrooms with shower complete the ground floor. The house has every modern comfort and is well furnished.

A staircase to one side leads up to the first floor with a small study room and one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Casa Melograno both from living room and from kitchen has direct access to the outside pergola, this covered terrace complete the ground floor with a wooden dining suite ideal for dining al fresco. Raised above its gardens, the house opens on to the lovely infinity pool in its country surrounds.
