Surrounded by splendid views and unspoilt countryside, in an excellent spot for enjoyng a country and sea holiday with plenty of relaxation Melograno II is a typical and elegant small rural house recently restored. Soft colours of the walls and mellow beams in the open-plan dining/kitchenette are matched outside with wooden canopies and window shutters, while the glass walls of the sitting room overlooking the splendid countryside add a particular atmosphere to the interior. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom have doors to the terrace overlooking the countryside, a beautiful bathroom with shower complete this comfortable and airy interior. Outside, the very large. tastefully furnished terrace offers you a space covered with a pergola for al fresco meals with splendid views of the countryside and over the sea. Just a short walk from the house a lovely small pool 3m x 9m encircled by olive trees adds comfort and character to its rural simplicity. A lovely small family villa for five and equally tempting as a romantic retreat just for two, this bright and airy cottage has gorgeous views and generous external living spaces. The house is one of three which sit side by side on this large tranquil property. The lovely village of Selinunte with the largest archaeological park in Europe and its beautiful sandy beaches is just 10 km away where you can find beach bars and restaurants.
