La Canada shopping centre and Marbella are a 10 minutes drive, Puerto Banus is 20minutes.
For fitness fanatics, local Greenlife Gym is available nearby. For golf beginners there is also a small 9 hole course and a driving range.

We stayed in the family Maliks penthouse for two weeks in February this year, and had a wonderful time. First of all, the penthouse is fabulous. It is very well equipped with all you need. In addition the furniture is modern and gives, together with all decorations, a feeling of great luxury and comfort.
From the west facing terrace there is a fabulous view over Elviria , the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains If the weather is good, it offers sun all day until sunset.
In the apartment you will find a number of brochures over restaurants, markets and things to do together with driving directions. This was very useful.
The correspondence we had with Talat Malik, before and after the renting period, was clear and efficient. We highly recommend this penthouse to others.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Cheap flights from the UK make this very accessible.Southern Spain and its costa de Sol enjoy fantastic weather throughout the year. With beautiful beaches wand every conceivable water sport activity available. Andalucias famous white moutain villages such as Mijas,Casares and Gauchin are within easy reach of the coast. For those wanting to explore Andalucia, Cordoba, Ronda, Granada, Gibraltar and Seville are within easy reach. In the winter there is sking at Sierra Nevada and the National parks attract visitors all year around.
The world famous Puerto Banus and Marbella are located within a 15 minute drive along this coastline where the rich and famous are often seen.
The surrounding area has hidden and secluded beaches, restaurants and areas of natural beauty. The Costa Del Sol also has theme parks, water parks, lively and bustling bars , restaurants and shopping to suit all tastes.
Golfers heaven! There are over 50 top quality golf courses along this coast inlcuding the famous Valderamma course. The whole area is a huge attraction to the golfing fraternity. At the beautiful Nikki beach is Elviria, with protected cork trees it provides some of the best scenary on the Costa del Sol. European and Spanish rich and famous to live in this area. Within a couple of minutes drive is the beautiful golf complex of Santa Maria which is a must for any golfer visiting the area.A few minutes drive is the centre of Elviria with a restaurants and bars together with a few shops. The 5 star Don Carlos Hotel sits on the beach. 5 minutes east is the small port of Cabopino with its beautiful beach, bars and restaurants. Nikki Beach is another favourite within a few minutes drive.10 minutes west takes you to the heart of Marbella Old Town with numerous restaurants set in "orange square" and a promenade where all the restaurants spill onto the pavement. 5 minutes further is Puerto Banus. This beautiful and bustling marina is a "must do" when visiting Marbella famous for its yachts, gourmet restaurants, designer boutiques, people watching and nightlife. If you fancy a more European flavour, take a drive to Sotogrande and see the Marina, Lunch at the Golf club and maybe take a drive to valderamma. With so many Golf courses to chose from, one can be lost for choice! Try local Santa Maria, especially their twilight rate bookable 48 hours in advance at half price. La Cala offers great deals all year round, Santa Clara offers a driving range and beautiful food, for people who do not even play golf! For those keep fit fanatics, local Greenlife fitness club has everything you will need. Or try your hand at tennis or bowling at local Santa Maria. Further details indoors: The terrace has a fully remote operated awning. A southerly aspect offers magnificent panoramic views, On clear days it is possible to see Gibraltar and the Atlas mountains in Africa. To the right you can see Concha mountain and ahead is the Santa Maria Golf club with its two lakes. Beyond the golf club is a fantastic view of Nikki beach. The terrace is a great place to use the BBQ and chill out. There are a further 3 terraces all around the property also. FULLY ALARMED FOR OUR GUESTS SECURITY.. Your rental includes unlimited Satellite Sky TV plus a PC with Wi-Fi Internet. This enables you to use your own laptops too. All for free! A futon bed is available for occasional use. 2 mountain bikes are available for use with the owners consent. For babies we provide a travel cot and high chair.
Further details outdoors: The area is gated, there are two pools, one of which is for small children and a life guard is always present. Sun beds are provided at the poolside. As you are only about 20 meters from the pool, its safe to leave older children in the gated area or let them go the pool. The pool can be viewed from the main terrace. There are at least 2 other pools on the complex. Underground parking is available and also roadside parking is allowed in the marked areas.

This luxury penthouse has everything you need and the location is ideal with the golf, the beach and excellent restaurants all to hand. The terrace is just lovely with views out to sea and is the perfect place to sit and relax with a glass of wine. "These are first class accommodations! This is an extremely well appointed, equipped and roomy penthouse apartment, we were wanting for nothing. We felt immediately at home. The owner provided brilliant service with someone to meet us immediately upon our arrival and to show us all the features and make us feel welcome.
The location and view are second to none with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean from the huge deck, it went well with a glass of wine at sunset! We were close great beaches, restaurants and shopping and a golf course at our feet. The apartment was quiet and and great retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Our kids loved the satellite television and the internet to stay in touch with friends.
