This beautiful villa is located in the quite neighbourhood of Elvira/Marbesa only about 1 minute walk to the beach and of several restaurants. This villa is perfect place to enjoy a holiday with families, friends and work colleagues, sharing. We have pool and table tennis for your outdoor entertainment and smart TV inside where you can sit and relax with your favorite movies

The villa is in a lovely secluded location within a well-kept walled garden, but gets the sun all day long. There is a large patio next to the private swimming pool, and the barbecue area. There is a supermarket nearby. It's also only half a mile to the N340 and close to the E15.

Elviria is a community located about 15 minutes east of Marbella's city centre. It is well equipped with services, amenities and entertainment facilities.

Also conveniently located are the Santa María and Santa Clara golf courses with their respective clubs; two more courses - Golf Club Marbella and Golf Rio Real - are only a short drive away. The El Casco Tennis club is another attraction at Elviria, offering quality facilities.

Cabopino port offers nearby moorage to Elviria residents with Málaga's international airport only 50 kilometres away.

There are many golf courses within a short drive of Elviria. The possibilities for golf on the Costa del Sol are endless.

The villa itself is large, airy, bright and well presented. It had everything needed for you holiday. The main bedroom is huge with a wonderful private balcony and en-suite bathroom and nice view towards the sea. Other bedrooms are also good sizes, one with en-suite and the other had the house bathroom opposite so every couple in our party had access to their own facilities. the living room is comfortable for when watching TV but to be honest most of our guests spent the evenings sitting around the pool chatting and drinking or out at local restaurants - which served the best paella.The location is good, easy walk to a long strip of beach, some nice local restaurants and a nearby harbour area with bars and more restaurants.

The accommodation is child friendly. The house is ideal for a family or group. There are air-conditioning units in the lounge and all bedrooms. Three bedrooms have double beds. One bedroom has 2 single bunk beds. All bedrooms have tiled flooring. Wardrobes with ample storage are provided to all but the twin bedroom.

There are ample loungers, recliners and parasols on the balcony and patio. The villa boasts approximately 90m2 of terrace and balcony. Exotic palm trees and plants adorn the secure gardens. There is plenty of external lighting on the terrace & balcony. Pool heating: heating is available for the swimming pool at extra cost. You will only possibly need this in Dec/Jan/Feb. Please email for advice - the heating can be on ready for your arrival.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
