Beautiful and fully equipped villa available for holiday rental on a quiet street in the prestigious urbanizacion of Cerrado de Elviria , East of Marbella. With a 5 minute drive to the charming Puerto Cabopino and only 10 minutes to central Marbella this villa is located approx. half a mile from the some of the safest and best beaches on the sunsoaked Costa el Sol including the famous Nikki beach -watch the weekend firework displays from our terrace. Perfectly situated and easy walking distance to local shops, cafes and some fantastic restaurants and nightlife. There are several golf courses and driving ranges close by, also tennis clubs, fitness centres and the Amazonia Adventure park. The Hotel Estrella del Mar is very close and has daily/weekly rates for entrance to it´s world class Spa, Fitness & Beach club.

The villa is set in a quarter acre/1100 m fully enclosed private mature garden with a superb 10 x 5 m swimming pool. There are large covered terraces for al fresco dining – there is a huge gas BBQ- and sun terraces with plenty of sunbeds and sofas for relaxing. The villa is accessed through large double entrance gates and also benefits from a large garage with separate private driveway, additional offstreet parking and automatic gates. The villa is very light and airy with many windows, high ceilings, marble floors throughout and is cool inside even during the hot summer. Partial Air conditioning.

Cerrado de Elviria is located 10 km from the centre of Marbella and 17 km from Fuengirola. This charming and quiet development of quality villas is approximately a kilometre / two/thirds mile walk to beautiful and safe beaches where you will find a selection of chiringuitos/beach bars serving fresh fish and typical Spanish dishes such as seafood paella. Pueblo Los Arcos at the bottom of the hill has a supermarket, bank, post office, greengrocer with the freshest produce from the surrounding areas, church and townhall and bars and restaurants including the stylish Playwright Restaurant which also has live music - all right on your doorstep. Next to Los Arcos is a commercial centre with a large supermarket, hairdressers, newspapers and many excellent local and international restaurants and bars, doctors/dentists. The new Costa del Hospital is located just 3km towards Marbella in case of emergencies.If you wish to use public transport Los Arcos has it´s own bus service to Marbella town, run by the town hall, and is also served by the public bus network with bus stops close by. Taxis are easily available at the next door commercial centre or can be phoned.

Cerrado De Elviria is perfectly situated from which to explore the Costa del Sol or enjoy your holidays with many amenities closeby.

"absolutely relaxing , great location and stunning Villa"

Stayed in May with my family , 2 adults and 2 teenagers , firstly let me say the owners Jo and Mike who live nearby couldn't do enough for us to make our stay enjoyable. The villa is located near some great restaurants and there is a big sol supermarket just down the road to get all you want , super selection of bars , both sports orientated and more upmarket as well , also some great local tapas places , beach about 10-15 min walk and has some lovely beach bars on. The villa itself is very well appointed with all the family sleeping well and enjoying the pool and stunning garden , all in all a very relaxing break. Highly recommended.
