Beautiful 3 bed, 3 bathroom frontline golf villa on the prestigious Mar Menor Golf Resort. South East facing with private heated pool with outstanding views over the golf course. New terrace just been built to watch the sunsets. Pool heating if required by renter will be an additional £100 per week. All bedrooms and living room have air conditioning. Private garden and first floor terrace. Newly redecorated from top to bottom with new furniture inside & outside, and sun beds, new gas barbecue. New granite worktops in kitchen and new pool heater. The villa is situated in a gated community with access to the 5 star Caleia hotel and spa complex, on site supermarket, restaurants and bars, paddle courts, gym, all within walking distance within the resort. Literally outside the front entrance is The Boulevard, with a further selection of bars and restaurants. The lovely beachside resort of Los Alcazares situated next to the Mar Menor is approx 11 minutes by car, where there are numerous restaurants and bars to explore as well as supermarkets. The beautiful cities of Murcia and Cartagena are close by if you enjoy history or architecture, or shopping ! Good selection of large shopping centres nearby with La Zenia Boulevard shopping complex approx 20 minutes away by car.

My villa is managed by a lovely married couple who live nearby on the Resort. There is a villa brochure which gives advice on local restaurants and places to visit. Alternatively if you wish to have suggestions on where to go to make the most of your holiday we can help out with that too. Please clean the new gas barbecue after use, in preparation for the next guest booking, the cleaner’s duties do not extend to cleaning the barbecue. A brand new pool heater has just been installed, if a renter requests the use of this it will be an additional £100 per week.

Why can't I call Steven (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Steven (the owner) a message.

If Steven (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
