Very spacious 1 bedroom apartment will sleep 4 persons, with large balcony in prime location
Ground floor apartment with easy access, ideal for elderly, familes and people with mobility difficulties.
Linen/towels will be provided weekly.
Check-in time is 2pm (to allow time to clean apartment if there are people staying there before you). Checkout time is usually 10am but can be flexible if there is no one coming in after you and the apartment does not need to be cleaned straight away.
Smoking allowed on sun terrace..
Late booking will be accepted ,but must be paid in full.

Conditions

£50 secures booking, to be paid in full 5 weeks before arrival date of holiday.

No set day for arrivals and late stays welcome at no extra charge if possible due to next client arriving !

The Tenerife region

Siam Park Tenerife opened to the public on September 17th 2008. As well as all the exhilarating attractions there are numerous restaurants, bars, cocktail bars, chillout areas and even a Thai floating market!

Sunday market shopping, parrot park, aquapark. crazy puttting. Boat trips around island and plenty fun filled water sports. Golf courses very close for the sunshine golfers. Mount Teide is often snow capped in the winter ,so don't miss the cable car ride...or that amazing view of the snow on the mountain while sunbathing !!

“Great location - This is the place to stay in Los Christianos” We had a terrific 12 days in Tenerife staying at Victoria Court 1 - apartment 36A1. Firstly getting there from the airport. Easy. 20 Euros, 10-15 minute drive from the airport (from Reina - south). On arrival at VC1 getting the keys was simple as the complex is serviced by an on site office. The apartment was lovely and perfect for the two of us. Easily enough room for more people to stay there too though. It was clean, well furnished and decorated and had a fully equipped kitchen for those who prefer to eat in (as we did on some evenings). There is a large patio area facing the pool (you may note a previous review says the patio was small but any outdoor space which comfortably fits two full size sun beds, four chairs, a table and umbrella and still has space to move around is big in my opinion). We tended to lie there most days as it is a great sun trap, then take a 10 second stroll over to the pool to cool down. Bedroom has ample space for clothes etc and the living room area has a good selection of books, dvds and a huge TV which has a few UK channels for those who cant go without Jeremy Kyle for a week or two! The owners were out there when we were there and told us the dvd collection had diminished as people keep 'leaving' with dvd's. If you've been there and taken some of them and you are reading this review - post them back you bad people so others can enjoy them too!! So top marks for the apartment - the complex is also excellent. Lovely big swimming pool with wee kiddies pool attached so suits all ages. Bar is right alongside the pool and sells pub grub and drinks at very reasonable prices (1 (one) Euro for a pint for example!). Food is good and works on a weekly menu and also does snacks etc through the day. Couple of pool tables there too and a regular quiz night and bingo from which can win you some euros! In terms of location this place is second to none. It is quiet and safe at night and patrolled by security. Bars and restaurants are 5 minutes away, with plenty of variety of both. Excellent Mongolian BBQ restuarant 2 minutes away. Beach / market is 5-10 minutes down the hill, P Las Americas is a wee bit further past the beach and easily walkable. Supermarket is also a very short (5 min) walk away which sells all you will need for your stay. Car / bike rental right next door to the complex and the property services office on site can fix you up with any trips you want to go on (Siam Park is a must for the thrill seekers amongst you). Ok so a long review but you get the picture - I cant imagaine there being a better place to stay that is close to everything you need on holiday, whether it's a quiet break, touring the island or just going out to bars and restaurants - you will do well to find a better place than this for your base camp!

“Great Apartment & Great Location” Arrived at the apartment after midnight, easy to find within the complex itself and very suitable for wheelchair users. The apartment has everything you wish for in a self catering holiday, a fully fitted kitchen with Oven & Hob, Microwave, toasty machine and a washing machine (very handy).The Apartment also has a a large flat screen TV with quite a few english speaking channels to choose from (BBC1 ITV channel 4, 5 etc. the bedroom had two single beds with all covers etc supplied and changed weekly. The lounge area had a very comfortable pulldown bed. Their is a small terrace outside to lie on the apartments own loungers, a table and chairs also is in this area. all Very nice and it gets the Sun most of the day, with just a few yards to the pool should you require cooling down. The complex itself was quiet during the day, no mad rush to grab a bed or sunshade. The onsite bar was excellent value, for breakfasts and snacks etc. We will return maybe next time with our grand children :) Cheers Steve & Sheila + Leonie
