The bar restaurant serves great food and very reasonable priced ..and also has a GREAT drink prices only 1 euro a pint ..!!!!!!!

Spacious 1 bedroom apartment will sleep 4 persons, with large balcony in prime location
Ground floor apartment with easy access, ideal for elderly, familes and people with mobility difficulties.
Linen/towels will be provided weekly.
Check-in time is 2pm (to allow time to clean apartment if there are people staying there before you). Checkout time is usually 10am but can be flexible if there is no one coming in after you and the apartment does not need to be cleaned straight away.
Smoking allowed on sun terrace..
Late booking will be accepted ,but must be paid in full.
Conditions
£75 secures booking, to be paid in full 12 weeks before arrival date of holiday.
No set day for arrivals.

Sunday market shopping, parrot park, aquapark. crazy puttting. Boat trips around island and plenty fun filled water sports. Golf courses very close for the sunshine golfers. Mount Teide is often snow capped in the winter ,so don't miss the cable car ride...or that amazing view of the snow on the mountain while sunbathing !!

We stayed at 361A for a week in June. It is a great place to stay, in a great location. Off the plane, very quick taxi journey to Victoria Court. as my first solo holiday and wheelchair bound with a bit of movement left in my legs this was an amazing apartment with nearly all areas accsessible by wheelchair in the apartment but as it was so cleverly laid out you could still accsess wetroom using the sink and toilet to hold on to or using your bottom was always an option.To accsesss the patio you couldn't get through the patio doors with the wheelchair but then the complex is all on the flat so no problem i just drove round or used the patio furniture as a walker were there is a will there is away. From the moment i first made contact with willie and christine bruce they made the whole process of booking the holiday and sending the cheques as simple as possible and worry free with prompt e-mails as soon as they received cheques. They were also very helpful in finding out about transport from airport to apartment for an electric wheelchair (orange bage motability) .Nothing was to much of a problem for them to help you have an amazing holiday.The apartment is in a great location also with a spar not more than 5 mins up the hill with plenty of bars and resteraunts in the same area or across the road from the apartment is a great resteraunt with entertainment from 9-midnight and down the hill is the prom ,market with a variety of things to buy, and a disabled quater on the beach at the lavistas side. I could go on for ever but you have to see the apartment and the complex to truly understand what i'm saying it is very comfortable and well mainted with weekly change of bedding and towels and should you encounter any problems victoria services will sort it out straight away. All i can say now is thankyou to Willie and Christine for a fantastic trouble free holiday in a beautiful apatment in a great location with beautiful surroundings and a wonderful friendly country .Will be back there soon.
